The Tremaculum is in the north/slighty-northwestern part of The Maw.

If you have bought the Essenza del Calcavarchi Intrappolata, there's a Riftstone near The Tremaculum that transports close to the Crucible of The Damned in the southwestern-ish part.

This is not as useful as I first thought because this is a one-way trip, you can't return the same way you got there

Once you learned it, the actual device is 48.29, 41.45.
It ports you - one-way to 33.99, 15.85

There is also a Choatic Riftstone somewhat nearby
Tremaculum <-> Crucible of the Damned

With the two of these you can fairly quickly get to the common positions for the Wrath of the Jailer events and the world events.

Note that you can purchase and use the just the item Animaflow Stabilizer before you get to the required Tentative reputation with Ve'nari. You must gain Tentative reputation before you can use the Animaflow Teleporter. There is a Ve'nari Reputation Guide to help.

As of 9.1.5, and along with the Beastwarrens and Tremaculum options, there's a new 'Perdition Hold' one, that drops you at the northern gate entrance.
Right at the drop place, is a Chaotic Riftstone that gets you to Desmotaeron subzone (drops you the same spot that you ressurect if you die around there, a bit north from World Boss).

No more walking through mass of elites to get to raid entrance or World Boss hehe.

EDIT: Somehow they made it so that if you kill all SoD bosses, on ANY toon, you unlock the Desmotaeron option in the Animaflow teleporter itself, account-wide (even in LFR). As of Season 4, just kill all 'Fated' SoD Bosses in LFR can be enough to unlock it across every toon.

In Patch 9.15, it also allows you to teleport direct to Sanctum of Domination (68.78, 36.73).

As of 9.1.5 you can unlock a teleport to Desmotaeron (near Mor'geth and Sanctum of Domination raid) by purchasing Stabilizzatore del Flusso d'Animum from the Maw quartermaster Ve'nari. It costs 1650 Stigia and requires Tentative reputation. Tentative is the third Ve'nari reputation level, after Dubious and Apprehensive.

Teleport to Desmotaeron requires the completion of Sanctum del Dominio (any difficulty, including LFR).

This item also provides transport to Perditions Hold (new as of 9.1.5), Beastwarrens and Tremaculum.
