Dropped from an Assassin (Mawsworn Reaver) while in the Planes of Torment

If you want to farm assassins for this, you can. Get your Eye of the Jailer Tier up to 3 so Assassins can spawn. Then stay out of combat until you get the "You are hunted" message. Get in combat with a mob will cause the assassin to attack. Once you leave combat, you will be hunted again between 2-3 minutes. I just stood near some mobs and went semi-afk between each. The towers that bombard you will kill you if you are totally afk.

I spawned 72 assassins with the longest taking 2:48 to spawn and the shortest taking 2:03. The 72nd dropped the cryptogram.

I killed hundred of assassins, in warmode on and off, in various zones of the Maw, but the Puzzling Cryptogram never dropped.

So I kinda lost hope... until today, when I got it from a Tempered Stygia, the last "boss" of the weekly hunt, yeah!

Looted this off the Punitore Stigio while doing the weekly quest in Desmotaeron.
EDIT: Also got this from Madre della Stirpe Brulicante on an alt. Weird.

Shame on you Blizzard for this EXTRA LOW droprate! Or is this item still in the game?
I cannot activate the "Eye of the Jaler" action again, I'm so far from this.
I kill all the mobs witch has any droprate since more than a weak about 4 hours per day.
Very sad why Blizzard thinks it is a good FUN or is this means GAME by Blizzard? - for my money.
I don't wonder why people leave this game.
