The Zoccolotetro Rapido is a guaranteed drop from the Rare Elite Incubo which can be found on Dreamshrine Basin, the area just outside Hibernal Hollow on Ardenweald, but is normally untargetable and cannot be engaged.

Engaging Incubo requires the Acchiappasogni. Using this item on Dreamshrine Basin will give you the buff called Sogno dell'Ombra which will transport you to a shadowy phase of the area without any other mob, except for Incubo. You can see and interact with other players who also have the Sogno dell'Ombra buff.

Leaving the Dreamshrine Basin or losing/removing Sogno dell'Ombra will expel you from this shadowy phase. You can refresh Sogno dell'Ombra by using the Acchiappasogni again, even in combat.

Incubo runs around Dreamshrine Basin, you have to find him on the shadowy phase but is marked on the minimap as a rare. He is also hard to solo, having high amounts of health points and hitting like a truck with his melee attacks and array of devastating AoE abilities:

Incubo charges to a random player within 40 yards, dealing moderate amounts physical damage.
Eclissi Totale
Long Cast AoE Nuke that deals high amounts of arcane damage to anyone within 25 yards of Incubo when the cast finishes.
Doccia Cosmica
Interruptable/Purgeable Magic Buff that deal moderate amounts of arcane damage every second for 5 seconds to anyone within 50 yards of Incubo.

Incubo is located running around Dreamshrine Basin - Ardenweald /way 60,6, 49,7
You need use the item Acchiappasogni in Dreamshrine Basin to get the buff Sogno dell'Ombra for see Incubo.
If you are trying solo Incubo pay attention to Sogno dell'Ombra not expire, if you lose this buff you will not see Incubo.
To renew Sogno dell'Ombra you just need click on Acchiappasogni again.

2. Getting Ragnatela dell'Anima Riparata.

To get Ragnatela dell'Anima Riparata you need speak with Anziana Gwenna at /way 50,4, 33,1 and return Ragnatela dell'Anima Spezzata:
To repair the item you need 10x Seta Oscura.

Prerequisites:
There are some steps associated with the Night Fae covenant, but it looks like you can speak with the guards outside the Heart of Forest to speak with Ysera and she will come out, so no prerequisites

The hardest part is the first step, so a little bit more info:

Go to the Tirna Schithe open world zone 18.05 62.07 map.

* If you are not part of the Night Fae, speak with the guards outside the Heart of Forest to speak with Ysera and she will come out, so no Night Fae covenant required.
The fight is very hard to solo, especially if you cant heal yourself (i wasn't able to solo the fight as a 195 ilvl rogue)

Regular attack hits for 3-4.5k on leather
Carica Astrale is casted from time to time and can come at the same time as an autoattack
Eclissi Totale easy to avoid, just run away fast when you see a cast
Doccia Cosmica has a long cast and then rare will channel a rain of stars that hit 2-2.5k
This can be avoided if you kick the channel or just run 20-30 yards away

And it looks like only players who have done all the steps can assist you in killing this rare.

DONT FORGET that Sogno dell'Ombra has duration of 5 minutes, so you have to refresh the Acchiappasogni.

The ballads of Ardenweald claim that the birth of gloomrunner
heralds the passing of a particularly benevolent wild god.
Seeing a gloomrunner is therefore a blessing and a curse.

Remember our good boi Ursoc and the Shadowlands Ardenweald short story animation?
Yup, he died so you all could have this mount ='(

This is a beautiful equine and slightly larger than most in Shadowlands, BUT, in the Beta it had a wonderful gait animation, sort of a lope; now in Live they've changed the gait to the typical trot style like all the other unicorn-type equines in the game, with the back feet together as though it's hobbled. It's very sad since the lope gait was what made it so beautiful to see when riding. It was very much like Night Mare's gait and looked natural for a horse animal. In fact, this equine has the right gait when it's flying; back feet are just right but as soon you land it's back to hobbling along as though it was part rabbit. Someone at Blizzard: please restore this beautiful beast's running gait to what it's doing while flying. (just unstick the back feet for God's sake so this horsey run freely)

Everyone in your group needs to have a Acchiappasogni in order to see Incubo. We tried it where just one person has it and clicked it in the area, but only the person who had the dream catcher could see Incubo.

Recommend more than one person for this fight as it is a difficult one for soloing or having a good deal of healing power (perhaps a guardian druid)
However it is much easier with two or more.

Just a note that as of today 11/26/2020 creating the repaired soulweb is slightly broken. I had to dismount before the Elder would properly do the dialog option and give me the item.

you can get the Ragnatela dell'Anima Spezzata by getting the fairy dust from Shimmerborough and just flying there, get basket wings first then switch to the dust if you need to, if you get 4 dusts you can just fly there and back again easily.

Okay, I don't know who needs this but, I was pulling my hair out trying to find out why Lady of the Falls did not have the quests. So I scoured, SCOURED the zone and then found out I need to complete a quest called "Well, tell the Lady". So I went to Foreman Thorodir, did the quests there, all of them even the one to get all the tiny bugs to the wrangler and the one quest that was on the floor by the broken carriage. After doing all that I finally got the breadcrumbs to go to Lady of the Falls and get the other quests. So, if you, like me have no idea where you went wrong. Try going to Foreman Thorodir in Glitterfall Basin at 46.6 , 29.4.

that was a fun little fight to solo as a balance druid. 177 ilvl just kept kiting it around and healing. using treants on cooldown.

Just glad I still have 33 charges on my Falling Flame from Timesless Isle.....I saved it for special little like when you can't fly and there is huge risk of falling off high up.....just use Falling Flame go up....click Glider and then control my down coming.

Reasonably easy to obtain, follow instructions of previous comments, can confirm you do not need to be night fae,(talk to the guard outside the big tree at the heart of the forest to summon Ysera outside)
Night Mare is however level 62 and has roughly 470k -ish health. so lower geared people, make sure you're in a party (all members need the fixed dream catcher to be in the right phase)

Did this without using any goblin gliders, simply jump from the ledge to the crook of the branches in the linked image while mounted, jump off and traverse up the root on foot.

A very easy way to get to the first item Ragnatela dell'Anima Spezzata(19.8 63.4) is to use Cannone di Lunacupa. Find a great spot, shoot your self up in the air and glide right down to the cart.

You need to have 10x Seta Oscura in your bag for the elder to convert your Ragnatela dell'Anima Spezzata into Ragnatela dell'Anima Riparata. Having them in the bank will not work; the NPC will have the dialogue and casts the spell but item will not be converted.

This fight is tricky but soloable if you have good self-healing. I was able to do it as a ~170ish feral druid. The main thing is to use Eclissi Totale casts to run out and heal up, and then try to survive until the next cast with quick heals and whatever defensives you have available. I'd imagine most tanks could solo it, along with other hybrids and pet classes, but pure dps classes will probably need to group up.

For the Swift Gloomhoof - you do not need to be part of the NF Covenant. Just did it as a member of the Necrolord Covenant.

Fury Warrior and Destro Lock - 146 ilvl - we both died once, but were able to stagger it so that it didn't reset.

You will definitely need to interrupt the starfall ability because it hits like a truck.

Nice looking mount but wow, that's a good bit of work for a ground mount I'll probably forget I have once flying opens up with the next content patch. With all there is soaking up time right now, there's a less demanding alternative. Cavalcatore Brumaluce is the same model, different color but also very nice, and it's much quicker and easier to get. I found it by accident, looked it up on wowhead and owned it about 15 minutes later. Months from now when I have less to do and more time to focus on mount collecting, I'll come back for this one. He'll be much easier to solo by then too.

I was able to solo as an iLevel 180 Elemental Shaman. First time, I used all my cooldowns and potions, was OOM from healing, and got her down to 3k when she despawned in front of me because the 5 minutes were up. I waited for cooldowns again and got her the second time. :)

I did not bother bringing the tank bodyguard from the covenant – in my case, Marz from Abominable Stitching. I previously dismissed him because he has very annoying interactions which keep canceling the flight buff from Pinch of Faerie Dust, wasting the item.

For classes that can't solo this otherwise, a covenant bodyguard could make this doable or easier.

Not meant to be soloed, but a sustain tank + dps makes for an easy duo - I (blood DK) did it with a 180 Rogue and it was a snap. Tank-healer-dps of any class and it'll be a breeze.

can confirm i got the fearie dust from shimmerbough and used just outside of root home and flew right to the broken soulweb als the fearie dust buff is removed once you land and loot the soulweb goblin gliders are not needed

Zone: Selvarden - Dreamshrine Basin
Coordinates: you can wait at 62, 53 if you have Acchiappasogni

To get to Zoccolotetro Rapido you need to defeat Incubo, which is also part of the achievement Avventuriero di Selvarden. To defeat him you need a Acchiappasogni.

1. You must first go to Tirna Scithe, in the far west. To do this, it's best to fly to Root-home and then ride south. At Darkreach, turn right and then keep left. At Tirna Scithe, keep northwest, passing the world boss Oranomonos la Ramificante on the right if active.
- At about 18.1, 62.1 jump onto the root, or use Porta delle Ombre or similar. Then follow the root up until you reach a cart. Grab the Ragnatela dell'Anima Spezzata which is lying on the ground.

2. Now go to the Glitterfall Basin. Take 10x Seta Oscura with you.

- If you see Anziana Gwenna, speak to them and you will get an Ragnatela dell'Anima Riparata. Attention: Get off your mount first!

3. Now make your way to Ysera in the Heart of the Forest. Should you not get into the building, speak to one of the Guardia della Regina d'Élite in front of it. Talk to Ysera at 47.7, 53.7 and you will get a Acchiappasogni from her. Caution: Get off your mount first!

4. As a final step, fly to the Hibernal Hollow and take the exit to the north. When you are in the Dreamshrine Basin use your Acchiappasogni and you will get the buff Sogno dell'Ombra which lasts for five minutes. During this phase you can see Incubo. It's best to wait until he passes by. It will be difficult to defeat him alone. He uses Carica Astrale, Doccia Cosmica and Eclissi Totale.

Alright, here is what I've learned: You can be any covenant! As some of the comments here already state. However, most comments don't tell you HOW to get to the point where Lady Gwenna is at Glitterfall Basin. Have no fear, I traced the origins and with a few simple quests, you too can own the dreamcatcher and get gloomhoof, regardless of covenant.

First step: Go to Fluttercatch she gives you a quest "Tied Totem Toter" that will take you to the quest that leads you to Foreman Thorodir Once you gather the gormlings (VERY EASY!) and deliver them to Thorodir, he sends you back to Lady of the Falls in Glitterfall Basin!

Second Step: Take the quests she offers (the one with Lady Gwenna mentioned) and go do it. You do not have to do any of the sides quests EXCEPT for Gwenna's. Once you're done with those (also very simple) she is in Glitterfall Basin! Go there and then you can move forward with all the other instructions offered in other comments.

Also, if you are mounted when you talk to Gwenna or Ysera it will not update your items. Make sure to dismount. Thankfully, Ysera came back out for me when I messed that up. Happy Hunting!

Side note: This should get you Trouble at Gormling Corral and Tricky Spriggins for the achievement as long as you've completed the other quests.

I was able to solo this fairly easy today (1/7/21) on my Blood DK (ilvl 189). The first time i tried though, my buff wore off and the mob de-spawned. The next time, i waited until i had 3 minutes left on the dreamcatcher buff and then re-applied. This worked! And, i was able to solo the mob by resetting the buff. The fight did take about 8 or 9 minutes. Good luck!

I got this mount yesterday! I am a 190ilevel priest. Used levitate to get onto the branch which was easy. Also I did most of the quest line to get Elder Gwenna while levelling so only had to do one quest to get her to show in Glitterfall Basin (before arriving here you can find her to north east of here.

Fast forward to the fight, I was doing this solo. Firstly tried as Shadow and got it down to about 50% health before I died, just couldn't keep myself alive, shadow mend using too much mana even with Vampiric Embrace activated. Then changed to Discipline, it was a slog but managed to kill it in about 8 minutes, using mind games when it was starting it's highest damage attacks really helped as it ended up damaging itself! Also you must remember to keep reusing the dreamcatcher as it times out in 5 minutes... how annoying that would be if you dwindled it down and then it timed out! I was just running out of mana and on 50% health myself when it died. My heart was beating out of my chest! Lovely looking mount :D

It's a hard fight and you will more then likely need to attempt it a few times to understand how it attacks, avoiding all the AoE it induces. We did it tonight using an Affliction Lock, Blood DK and Havoc Demon Hunter. The Demon Hunter was the tank due to the incredible self heals from attacking, but it took 3 attempts and patience. Pretty easy to solo as prot pala. Rebuke cds match its cast, and you can easily run from the area attack. Night Mare has a lot of health, but less than Humon'gozz. Easy mount.

Edit: You keep the Dream Catcher when you use it.

Y'ALL-- GO TO THIS DEER LADY FIRST. Trust me. Ya gotta start the quest chain alllll the way at the start with her. THEN you can proceed with getting all the other quest stuff to get that goth unicorn mount we all seem to want so heckin bad.

Matching battle pet: Puledro Onirico Stellare from Scrigno della Notte. Matching tamable hunter pet: Calcatenebre Selvaggio. Also, don't waste time trying to jump or use gliders to get to the Ragnatela dell'Anima Spezzata, just use Pizzico di Polvere Fatata to completely cheese that step. Grab some dust, take flight master to Root-Home, then pop the dust and go to wagon. The dust also makes obtaining the Cache (for pet) easier because you can avoid pulling most of the mobs at the Cache site.

Solo'd this as a 206 Ret Pally with Kyrian. Just need to be patient and constantly heal yourself (Word of Glory helps). Interrupt Cosmic Shower and use Divine Steed to run out of Total Eclipse. Other than that just move around, rail on the boss, blow cooldowns, use runes/pots/foods/drums (from Bastion if you have it) and stay calm. You'll get it eventually if you can out heal the incoming dmg while chipping away at the boss. Just takes a slightly annoying amount of time but certainly doable. And as some other posters mentioned, your fight will go past 5 min so refresh your Dream Catcher.

You can solo on BM, first-round I raged but the pony timed out just before I killed it, second-round no rage but I got the kill. Was easier than I expected.

When I tried this on 1/2/2022 with friends everything went well but when I talked to Yesra she would enchant my soul catcher and walk away but she wouldn't hand me the Dream Catcher. Turns out you have to dismount before you talk to Yesra she will give you the Dream Catcher. hope this helps anyone who is having the same problem!

Waited for roughly 25 minutes today with a Demon Hunter. It may have been longer, but I started a /timer after about five minutes or so of waiting. We saw conflicting information on what the spawn timer was, and where it spawns. For us, the rare spawned at 58.99 49.01 - I hope this helps someone in the future.
