~~At the moment it seems to be bugged.~~ (But not?) 🤔

When you remove the loot, in the chat log, it tells you that you received it, but, it doesn't appear in the bags.
Instead, it places two buffs on you that, because of the disappointment of not finding it in my bags, I didn't have a chance to use them, and, I didn't pay attention to them as to describe them here.

I tried to report it as a bug to Blizzard but, with the new bureaucratic reporting system, I preferred to keep relaxing until I heard back about the item and see if I'm lucky in the future.

What I did pay attention to, was, the description of the item that said it "increases the versatility of the player and the group by 160 points". A very good advantage!
