This is NOT a permanent effect.
It does NOT persist after death.
It applies Cronache Cicloniche that only lasts for 30 minutes and has 50 stacks.
It prevents up to 500 damage from hit. Hits that deal less than 500 damage, deal no damage at all. Each time you're hit by the enemy you lose 1 stack of Cronache Cicloniche.

This applies immediately when you buy it. I bought it hoping to use later so don't make my mistake.

Could be a long shot but the name reminds me of Bal-Sagoth's 2006 album The Chthonic Chronicles.

Wondering if there's a toy or something with a similar effect that's NOT bound to only the Shadowlands?
