You will not need to craft this item again. Items like these are permanent additions to the pool that you will select when you speak to Paolone, just before starting the fight itself. This item is a 45 second cooldown dash that breaks things like Kalisthene's snares.

Do not use the ability until after she has cast her third snare.

I cant even chose it from the owl before starting the fight...why? i did the item ....

This item is currently bugged. Instead of dashing forward, you stay in place and then move slower than normal. Do not pick it as your item until this bug is fixed!

Does anyone else float when trying to use this item? It's supposed to dash, but sometimes I just start to float around? Any ideas? Does this not work if you have another buff active?

Is this still bugged? Just tried and character floating horizontally at a speed slower than walk.

Where does one even get the blueprints for Heralds footpads? I've been looking all over Wowhead for that information without resolve.

As of 9.2.5, the dash mechanic on the footpads has been fixed and they work correctly again :)
