So, i found Hopebreaker Pack witch dropped Hopebreaker's Pack in Court of Harvesters in Revendreth, place where you hunting with Hopebreakers in Main storyline of Shadowland. I went back next day to get that for my girlfriend, but we couldn't find it. So we ran all across the Court of Harvesters and we found it under the bridge at 46,72, the first one i found somewhere around 43,62. I got my backpack from first one, but second one said "There is no loot". My girlfriend looted the second one (that i couldn't) and she got buch of items, but not Hopebreaker's Pack. So i am assuming that location of Hopebreaker Pack is randomized, and also it's not 100% drop. I submited two screenshots, so hopefully you will see them, becouse they are easy to miss even though they are highlighted with purple glow (same as chests).

Found at /way 54.37, 71.02 in the Muck Pool: Banewood area of Revendreth. It was a backpack in between some rocks and was highlighted purple like a treasure. No icons showed on my minimap. It contained a Box of Stalker Traps, 12x Infused Ruby, 5x Callous Hide, Hopebreaker's Pack, Ghost Tracks: A Treatise on the Unseen Trails and 1 Soulful Healing Potion.

It disappeared once I looted it and my party mate was unable to see or loot it.

Edit: Found one on an alt at 40,80 in Dredhollow. It did NOT contain the bag, I got a level 140 piece of gear instead.

I found Mine at 39, 70 in Revendreth. Highlighted purple like a treasure, nothing shows on the map. I am not Venthir

I found one at 55.50 76.71 near the Muck Pool: Banewood. I was hunting salvage with Chordy, the Necrolord construct, and he ran right towards it.

Found one at 44.24, 69.07 - was quite lucky to spot it, to be honest. It was by a crumbled wall which a Ravenous Thirstlurker was attacking.

It's worth noting that these lootable containers are not shown on the minimap as a treasure chest icon, so do not rely on that alone to tell you where to find this if you are out searching. I did also loot the 34 slot bag, and plan to sell it on the AH as I am a tailor anyway and can easily craft 32 slot bags which are not Unique-Equipped. :)
