If you try to pick one up and the extra action button gets stuck on your UI, look for the buff, Kyrian Javelin, on your buff bar and right click it off. Reloading your UI will not remove it, only clicking off the buff will.

Logging out and back in when the button is stuck over the one that you need to use the relic on the sanctum door also works

This seems bugged for me. I get the icon, but when I try to use the javelin I get the message, "Missing reagent: Kyrian Javelin"

I can dismiss the button via the method mentioned by Solaire, but it doesn't fix anything other than removing the button.

I thought maybe I had an addon causing problems. I disabled all addons and it persisted. /shrug

At least these just make some things easier and aren't required to complete anything
