Tamburo Celestiale is a loot contained in the Eco di Aella's chest.

Location: 45.75 64.75
World Zone: Bastione

Eco di Aella usually wanders around Agthia's Repose and can be easy to miss.
Its neutral so you need to talk to it and accept its challenge. Then the fight starts.
Defeat Eco di Aella and it drops Worthy Aspirant's Cache treasure chest.

Can confirm, does not stack with Crusader Aura, although crusader aura will bring mounted speed from 215% to 220%

Don't be afraid to use this. I tested it and it is not consumed on use. You can re-use the item multiple times.

I thought this was identical to Kyrian Bell (heals every now and then) but it says it increases mount speed also.

EDIT: It no longer says it heals and it's only a mount speed boost.

In my opinion this is the best of the five "Instruments of Bastion" BY FAR. It gives you +15% mount speed and is obtainable before level 60 (you can get it as soon as you hit Shadowlands as far as I know).

Just put it on a mount macro and you will have permanent 215% mount speed in all Shadowlands outdoor zones.

Make sure you use the macro again to re-gain the buff if it fades.

Doesn't affect Mag'har Orcs with their 10% mount speed racial and if you're in a guild. Get one of the others instead

Am I the only one that doesn't see this as an option for switching instruments from Pico?

I wanted to switch back after accidentally switching to Chime (brain fart had the two effects reversed) and when I talked to Pico I was given the other four options but not this one...

I have at one time or another collected all these items (some more then once). I have tried each one, but today when I proc'd the drum I'm currently using I noticed all the different cords sounded at once and I gained the Music of Bastion buff that gave me every buff of all instruments at once!

Note: I was in Elysian Hold at the time

Here is a little macro you can use, so you use the drums everytime you mount up.

Runeforged Spurs will stack with Heavenly Drum or other similar Bastion instruments, giving a total of +30% total mount speed so actually worth using if you already have an existing guild or racial mount speed increase.

I don't know if it was just missed up but I had all 5 instruments in my bags at the same time and all worked. If anyone like me had/has all of the instruments do not, I repeat DO NOT pick up a second copy of any of them. When I did it removed the Campana dei Kyrian from my bag and Blizzards answer to me was "it has been removed it's because you may only hold one Instrument of Bastion at a time."

I feel like this item was stealth nerfed. Previously I could leave this up 24 and move between the zones with the wormhole generator. Now i'm finding myself to quite often have lost my buff moving from one zone to the next without stepping into Oribos. The fact it falls off going to Oribos at all was stupid but now it falling off between the very zones you are allowed to have the buff in, really kills the usefulness it had previously.

This item pairs nicely with Comfortable Rider's Barding for both +20% mount speed and immunity to being dazed and dismounted.

Death Knights and Paladins (in tank spec) can have both these abilities innately, but one or both is useful for all other classes.

9.0.5 seems to have limited how the instruments can be used. Before, you could use multiple, and get all of the buffs active upon you at once. Now, in 9.0.5, using just one instrument puts all of them on the 15 min CD.

But, they now work in both Oribos and the Maw, which they used to not. So that's nice.

Does not appear to affect flying mount speed. I'm at 410% with or without the buff, whereas ground speed is 215% vs 200%.

As of Patch 9.1, only seems to work for ground mounts (in Shadowlands zones). With Mount Up guild perk, it increases my ground mount speed from 210 to 215. But my flying mount speed stays at 420.

Alright, so here is the list of what the buffs actually are:

Ascended Flute: +80 to Primary Stat
Benevolent Gong: +100 to Armor
Kyrian Bell: 2% Healing every 15 seconds
Heavenly Drum: +10% to mount speed but capped at 220% on ground and 420% when flying
Unearthly Chime: Stealth buff of +100 Speed. Doesn't show on Character tab, stacks with Speed, doesn't affect mounted speed.

Take your pick on usefulness. Many use potions, enchantments, and food buffs so +80 on Primary stat has an effect, but say you have 1730 Intellect and 355 Armor.
Do you want an 80 point Intellect buff, ~= 4.62%, or a 100 point Armor buff, ~= 28.17%.

This item has gotten considerably more useful in 9.2 - while it does not stack with the 'Mount Up' perk, and passives like DK's On a Pale Horse, it *does* stack with Cypher speed effects. On my Death Knight, with the cypher gauntlets that boost speed, and Heavenly Drum activated, plus some miscellaneous Speed rating, I am moving at 251% on the ground. With a 15 minute duration and a 15 minute cooldown, you're looking at 100% uptime, deaths notwithstanding.

Consider putting this one back into your bags if you're spending a lot of time in Zereth Mortis, or have an outdoor speed set that includes Cypher gear.

Today, I was retrieving my WoW in-game mail and noticed that I had another Campana dei Kyrian in my mailbox. I don't know where this came from but probably from when I was farming to get the rest the items for the Treasures of Bastion achievement. I already had the Flauto dell'Asceso in my bags and been using it for a while but when I finished getting all my mail (auto-get), I noticed that the bell had replaced the flute.

So I had to fly all the way back out to Bastion and pick up the flute again from Pico. A real major inconvenience. So be careful when getting your mail or you too will have to make that unnecessary trip to replace which ever item.
