Grande Prugna Dorata Allettante has chance to drop from the treasure Cassa della Prugna Dorata in Revendreth.
To spawn the treasure you need kill the Anima Avida wandering up and down the road.
After loot the treasure you will gain the debuff Prospettiva Dorata.

"Food just never seems to satiate while holding the Tantalizingly Large Gilded Plum."
The debuff prevents you from regaining life while eating, to remove the debuff just sell Grande Prugna Dorata Allettante.

It reminds me of Pirates of the Caribbean, the crew of the Black Pearl having all that gold, but soon food and drink did nothing to satiate their greed... and they were "dead". I'm sure it's not what Blizz was referencing, but still kinda fun to think about :D

If for some dumb reason you want to keep this, you can put it in the bank and no longer have the debuff. Being a packrat, I had to check.

Does this show up in raids and dungeons? May be quite annoying for healers. :D Just got it with my rogue and imo its quite fitting for that char.

For some reason my character is able to gain health while eating, even with the Prospettiva Dorata debuff that this item gives. However, I am not able to gain health from any food I have crafted. I can still get any food buffs attached to the crafted foods, but I can't get the health and/or mana increase. Everything else I have tried (even older foods from past xpacs) will give me health and mana increase just fine.

I don't know if this is related to something I have in my bags or that I have equipped in the past (like some of the Griftah items), or if this is some kind of a bug or sheer dumb luck or what. I have a friend who was grouped with me for testing and she stated that she was able to receive a health and mana increase from her crafted foods, along with the well-fed buff. So if this is due to some kind of hidden quest flag being changed, she has managed to get a little farther on it than me it seems!
