Pickpocketed one during the early Bwonsamdi part of Night Fae campaign, from one of Mueh'zalas minions. Does not seem to be limited to venthyr pockets then.

Seems that this item is for nothing special (no Achievement or ect.) it just squeaks when you click on in in your backpack (or in action bar/macro).Players around you can also hear the sound! -> Can be sold on AuctionHouse.

This item dropped on my hunter who just so happens to use a bat as pet. Of course I had to take the opportunity and make a macro that combines kill command with the squeaky bat.
