What's up with that, I used it and my secondary stats didnt move, I only show a jump in attack power as if it just gave 30 mainstat, I reloaded in case it was bugged but nope.

Something is incorrect and we need to figure this out. Someone will probably need to ask a WOW employee or apply the enchant again and check the stat changes. The tip isn't misleading because it says the Eternal Stats enchant permanently increases primary stats by 30 which are Stamina and the Power stat for your class (int, agi, str, etc.). Therefore, if what Birckin said is true, then the enchant must be bugged or bliz didnt correctly word it. All of the other stats are secondary (haste, crit, mastery, versatility).
However, what does not make any sense at all is having another enchant only adding 20 to intellect (Eternal Insight) when we also have the Sacred Stats enchant (+20 to primary stats) and considering Eternal Insight uses the same mats as Eternal Stats enchant. I don't understand why Blizzard put Eternal Insight into the game. Nobody is going to use Eternal Insight costing 1 crystal and 2 shards to increase int by 20 when they can enchant with Sacred Stats which is learned earlier, uses cheaper mats (shards and dust), and adds 20 to stam as well as int.

EDIT, EDIT, EDIT!: I was looking at this completely wrong, though i wish bliz would give us clearer descriptions such as saying "primary power stats" instead of just "primary stats" since Stamina is also considered a primary stat. BIRCHIN is correct! This enchant only adds 30 to int, str, or agi.
