IDK, when I hover over the item on this page it says it's a toy. However, the item itself does not, and when I clicked on it, no noticeable incident happened. It did not go in my toy box. It seems to be a one use item, and again, it is unclear as to what it does. Didn't give me a buff, debuff, or anything. Not even a piece of copper.

When I first received this item, I thought, "Oh great, another item that should definitely be a toy, but isn't for no good reason." But then I used it, and it actually was used up and disappeared. There is no buff, cosmetic or otherwise, or anything else you see or get from it. It's nothing but a joke. Not sure why it's green quality... but I guess that's part of the joke as well.
Probably best to just vendor it for the 1 silver.

No longer shows up in a toybox and not marked as toy. Though tbh no idea why is it not a toy.

As an Undead I was really looking forward to having this for PvP. Cannibalize them, wipe hands clean.

Apart from a single quest reward, this item is available at the Court of Harvesters Quartermaster at 25g per stack of 10. Notably with a misspelled item name and "Requires Frinedly with Court of Harvesters". Maybe this item can be used as a kick trick in pvp.

When using this item you just get an uninterruptable (grey background, can be casted while moving) casting bar that says "cleaning hands". No other effects at all. Looks like a roleplaying item more than anything.

There is a small visual effect (white glowing sphere that dissipates) when the item is "cleaning" your hands.

Hey guys and gals,
I'm thinking this item is a fun reminder to "keep our hands clean" during this Co-Vid 19 eperdemic.
I cannot as yet see another reason for it, unless something is added at a later date.

It is actually spelled correctly, hand of course refers to hand, and is a kerchief or bandana, I am guessing that the hankie in the US maybe spelled different, but as per Wiki, I tried googling hankerchief, and that didn't work, and if you think about it, do you hold your handkerchief with your HAN? LOL
