Found it by opening a Crypt Door at the Halls of Atonement outdoor area with a Crypt Key. A dredger came walking out and had stuff to sell. This was one of the items he sold, cost 100 gold. The dredger ran away after around 20-30 seconds, so don't waste your time if you're looking for this. Buy it ASAP.

Sold by Dragatore Annoiato when opening Atonement Crypts using Chiave della Cripta della Redenzione. We opened 110 crypts and saw Dragatore Annoiato twice. Thus, you should expect to see the vendor once while doing Apricripte.

You can get credit towards L'Alfiere della Festa when buying this, even if you are not Venthyr.

After you get the item, you can use the perk by talking to one of your guests during the Ember Court scenario, which will give them bonus happiness.

Made a group and we spend around 35 keys in total - saw Bored Dredger spawn 6 times. Remember to buy item ASAP as the vendor runs away shortly after spawning.

They must have tanked the spawn rate on him now sometime during the expansion. I'm at 43 tombs opened and I have not seen him once. And this is in addition to the fact that you have to get the right bell spawn to get a good stock of keys now.

So I guess this went from an easy item to get to being an incredibly time consuming item to get now. Or I'm missing some hidden requirement to see him spawn? But as far as I can tell, it is purely random. Back to waiting for another bell to spawn.

Edit: Got it at crypt 49, finally...thank god.

i suggest farming keys only by mass pulling halls of attunement dungeon on normal , if you have a decent gear tank class 270ish you can do 2 pulls and clear first area before the first boss in like 3 mins but every dps class can also do that in 5-6mins , you get 4-6 keys every run + avowed until honored + lots of sinstone fragments , this way you can farm about ~40-50 keys an hour .

I had a small problem - the character I farmed keys for crypt kicker on was not the character I was doing ember court on. I found a way around it:

1) Log into your ember court character, get it on a flying mount and park it by the crypts.
2) Open a second instance of WoW. Log into your character with the keys. This will disconnect your ember court character and leave WoW on the "reconnect" login screen.
3) Start opening crypts. Once the dredger spawns:
4) Immediately swap back to the first instance of WoW, hit login and get on the ember court character.
5) You have just enough time to log in, get to the dredger and buy the item on your ember court character. You can still catch him while he's running.

Of course, this presupposes that your characters are on the same realm/shard and that your computer doesn't take too long to log in. I have quite a fast computer and just about made it to the dredger, but you could always turn off addons if you're concerned about login times.
