Inside the ember court scenario, when you select the Lost Chalice Band as your form of entertainment, the event inside the scenario is to find the instruments of the three band members. These three quests are - Il Liuto di Chiu, Il Violino Fortunato di Ansel, and Il Flauto di Noko.

Liuto di Chiu is located on a chair behind the NPC where you select your attendees for the week -- /way 37 31
Violino Fortunato di Ansel is located on top of some crates South East of the stage -- /way 59 48
Flauto di Noko is dropped by Rowdy Roadie NPCs. They are neutral and there are several packs of the Roadies through the scenario. If you kill a pack and Flauto di Noko doesn't drop, move onto the next. The Roadies don't drop anything besides the flute, so if you see shinys you got it.

South East of the Stage -- /way 59 48
In the Sludge Pit -- /way 43 65
Around the Gargoyle statue -- /way 43 27
