Globo d'Animateria can be used to summon Zargox il Rinato.
Zargox il Rinato rare mob can be found in Maldraxxus.

Location: 28.95 51.33
Required for: Avventuriero di Maldraxxus
Rare drop: Manette Avvinte d'Ossa

To summon Zargox il Rinato you need to do the following things:

Complete Animatore d'animateria, coordinates are 26.35 42.73
After completing the quest speak to Synder Svenfold and ask for Globo d'Animateria
Follow to 28.95 51.33 and use the Globo d'Animateria next to a pile of bones in the center of platform.

Globo d'Animateria disappears after a hour. Rare will be spawned with a bit of hp, so the fight isnt hard.

Related to the Zargox il Rinato rare in the Maldraxxus House of Constructs zone.

Complete the Animatore d'animateria from Synder Sixfold (hover)
Now you can get Globo d'Animateria from Synder Svenfold whenever you want
Go south-east from questgiver and you will see a road up the hill to the right
Massa d'Ossa should be on top of the hill. It is a pile of bones, but a little bit bigger then quest piles.
To summon the rare use Globo d'Animateria near the Bone Mass
Rare has 50% hp on summon
If you can see it, wait for respawn, or you can try to run around and use item on regular bone piles, this could probably speed up the respawn.

Can drop: Manette Avvinte d'Ossa
Rare is a part of Avventuriero di Maldraxxus achievement.

ps Bone Mass has a little bit longer respawn cd then usual, but if you can't see it,
can try to use Globo d'Animateria on regular piles,
i was able to summon it this way, or maybe it's just a coincidence.

Most notably, Globo d'Animateria is used to spawn the rare NPC Zargox il Rinato in Maldraxxus.

How to Summon Zargox the Reborn

Go to Snyder Sixfold: /way #1536 26.2 42.6 Synder Sixfold
Accept his questAnimatore d'animateria, he will give you Globo d'Animateria.
- (If Snyder does not offer you this quest, speak to him and he'll give you Globo d'Animateria.)
- Go directly to /way #1536 28.8 51.4 Bone Mass spawn location .
- If Massa d'Ossa is spawned: stand on it and use Globo d'Animateria to summon Zargox.
- If Massa d'Ossa is not spawned:
  
  Use Globo d'Animateria on Bone Remains in the area between the Bone Mass spawn location and Sixfold Snyder.
- This will eventually cause Massa d'Ossa to spawn.
- Once Massa d'Ossa is spawned, stand on it and use Globo d'Animateria to summon Zargox.

Important Points

You do not need to completeAnimatore d'animateria before summoning Zargox. All you need is Globo d'Animateria and Bone Mass to be spawned.

Zargox is lootable once per day.

Zargox spawns at 50% HP. He is soloable.

When spawned, Massa d'Ossa will appear on the mini-map as a yellow dot.

Don't stray far from the Bone Mass spawn point. If Bone Mass spawns, another player could summon and kill Zargox if you're not watching.

If you have an addon that displays item IDs (such as idTip), Bone Remains with id 157169 will always spawn animates that are not hostile. All others seem to be 50/50 on whether the spawned animate will be hostile or not.

Zargox the Reborn - Notable Loot

Trofeo del Signore d'Ossa Risorto - Necrolord only.
Inchiostro Cinereo - Criterion for the necrolord achievement Alta moda da cripta. According to All The Things, this may drop for non-necrolord alts, but only if you have obtained Camuffamento dell'Accolito on a necrolord character.
Killing Zargox is one criterion for the achievement Avventuriero di Maldraxxus.
