You only need to purchase and use one of these.
After you use it you have a chance to recruit lancers when training troops.

Update: After sending 3-5 troops off to die just so I could keep recruiting, I had these pop out of the mill.
Update 2: Formatting.

Results:
Mission 1: 61 Ricordi Corrotti.
Mission 2: 60 Ricordi Corrotti.
Mission 3: 78 Ricordi Corrotti.

The first one I recruited was a Mounted Troop and has 3 total Vitality. It brought back 69 Corrupted Mementos from the latest mission. To activate Root Out Corruption, you must upgrade the troop to Uncommon quality. Generally, this means completing one mission first.

You only need to purchase these one time, on ONE character. At least at the time of this posting. I bought both the Uldum & Rajani on my Human Pally as soon as she became revered. What I did not expect was to see these troops on all my alts mission tables. My Hunter, DH, Rogue & Druid so far have these troops showing up in recruitment (yes, they've all gone through the intro.) Course, my Rogue seems to get 50 back on her missions but I'll take them any way they wish to be given.

WARNING: There is no indicator that you have already purchased and used it!

It will let you buy and use them over and over again, so make a note somewhere once you've purchased and used it once.

I just purchased Ramkahen Lancer but now I don't know what's next. How do I add/implement this "troop"? I must be overlooking something. Please help.

Can anyone confirm that this is account wide when you apply it to one character? I have read that it is but I haven't received any of these troops on any other alt.

In fact, the spawn rate on the alt that I did buy this for is abysmal. After a week of burning thru troops to try to get either of these troops to spawn, I've only had 1 Uldum. Have yet to have any of the Rajani troops spawn.

Waste of resources, luckily we have plenty now thanks to the dailies, but sending the other troops on these suicide mission with the goblin is going to get me a court marshal for genocide. :)

ETA: I am pretty sure they have nerfed getting these followers account wide. I have murdered dozens of followers on all my alts and not one single follower of either type. Maybe you need revered rep on the alts as well to get them?
