Got this today (5/12) when i killed Nerissa. I couldn't turn it in or use it for anything in Stichmasters yet since it's recently unlocked. Will probably get more quests for additional constructs as we increase in reputation with them.

I suggest that you store it in the bank meanwhile to save you the energy of having to grind it later on.

I just got this from killing Nerissa today, it gave me a quest to turn in the oil at the abomination factory where the NPC Rathan told me "This ingredient can help construct a very powerful abomination. You should save it incase we find a use for it." there was no follow up quest.

This is a component required to construct Naxx at the Necrolord Stitchyard.

The constructs becomes available when you have a Level 4 Stitchyard unlocked (sanctum feature). I hit Revered with the Maestri delle Suture at around this point, so not sure if this is also a prerequisite. Rathan will offer you the quest Una soluzione di ferro to speak to Phillip il Ferreo's soul and Naxx's soul.

You then need to collect the construction components (if you don't already have them) to use at the Construct Table in the Stitchyard.

Pelle Indomabile drops from Schmitd l'Indomabile /way 48 43 Indomitable Schmitd.
To remove his barrier, use the Specialità di Senzamiccia just South of you at /way 28 43 Fuseless Special.
For Naxx, you need Olio Necromantico which drops from Nerissa Senzacuore at /way 65.76 34.65 Nerissa Heartless.

Phillip il Ferreo's weekly quest is Ognuno il proprio, Naxx's is Alla salute dei morti. These are a requirement for the achievement Vite abominevoli.
