It does not appear that Archivist Janeera teaches this Rank III pattern anymore. Does someone else teach it now, is it not in game or do we have to do something in order for her to show us the ability to get the pattern?

This still doesn't show up after unlocking Crafters Mark 2.

Assuming this is still too strong of a catchup and thus not in the game yet was farming the rep for a few hours without checking oh well

Taught by Ricetta: Marchio dell'Artigiano III from Duchessa Mynx who is the Death's Advance quartermaster in Korthia. Requires Honored reputation to buy.

Unfortunately there is no account-wide unlock for Mark III, unlike Mark II, so you will need to grind the rep on all of your crafters to be able to learn it.

This item is not eligible to be used on any crafted weapons. The same goes for other crafter's marks in Shadowlands above rank I. The improved in-game crafting interface makes this more clear, but still may be missed if you aren't looking at that specific item to craft before purchasing this.

Do you need to own crafter's mark ii before you can buy mark iii? I tried buying this on my inscriptionist who only has crafter's mark i and it gives me the message "This book holds no recipes for your profession".

As an engineer, it seems like this only works for the BoP goggles, but does not work on the BoE weapons you can craft.

Wish I knew that earlier before purchasing this recipe...
