This can be gotten from all 6 shadowland herbs. Bocciolo di Morte Bulbosso Fior di Gloria Torcia della Veglia Vedovia Ombranotte

From beta milling, while each herb does have a different ratio (based on current small data), its safe to assume that the first 5 herbs produce similar milling values. More data further down the line may change that.

4.8k of the the first 5 herbs, or 240 mills. This doesnt include Ombranotte:
689 Pigmento Ombrale 14.35%
711 Pigmento Luminoso 14.81%
34 Pigmento Quieto 0.71%

700 Ombranotte or 35 Mills:
192 Pigmento Ombrale 27.43%
165 Pigmento Luminoso 23.57%
213 Pigmento Quieto 30.43%

% values are per herb. So 100 Nightshades = 27 Umbral, 23 Luminous pigments and 30 tranquil pigment on average.

As of this post date, there are no indications that Blizz plans to add a vendor that accepts this ink as trade.

That said, I really hope they add an Ink Trader in a future patch that will accept this ink as a compliment the Umbral Ink trader.

Would be great to be able to have a vendor to dump the every increasingly large piles of this ink i have piling up in the bank.

Currently sitting on my server's AH for 440,000g. Someone is hopeful. Not even sure where I got mine from because I don't do anything with herbs.
