30 leech equates to 1.43% leech at level 60 during Shadowlands, in case you were trying to weigh it up against the extra 10 stamina of Incantamento Mantello - Vitalità dell'Anima.

From my understanding leech isn't affected by diminishing returns, so this value should stay static for the rest of the expansion. Enchant accordingly!

This seems to have been changed in a recent patch to only work on characters level 50+, rather than just requiring level 50 to apply it to a piece of gear. This used to work on heirloom gear (granted the amount of leech it gave was tiny), but it now has red text "Enchantment Requires Level 50" warning on <50 characters. I'd assume the same is true for other SL enchantments too, which is a shame. I like levelling and it's always fun trying out new enchantments and consumables.

Edit: Shadowlands weapon enchants still work and proc below level 50, but the cloak enchants have been changed.

As of 10.0, these SL cloak enchants cannot be applied to cloaks with an item level over 311(?).

I tried Incantamento Mantello - Ritorno Vitale Rinforzato on a 310-ilevel cloak and it works. I tried Incantamento Mantello - Ritorno Vitale Rinforzato and Incantamento Mantello - Elusione Rinforzata on a 332-ilevel cloak and it gives me the error message "Target is too high level."
