Probably just going to be a slight speed boost that's not really game-changing. It'll probably have a similar effect for level 60 characters that Bear Tartare currently has for level 110 characters.

21% Movement speed (308 speed rating) for 5 seconds. Works on any mob even critters.

edit: These values are for level 60, from 55-59 the movement speed will be slightly higher.

I tested Pesce Osseo Fritto and Tartare d'Orso while inside the Maw on my lvl 60, and this is what I encountered:

When you kill an enemy while you have the Pesce Osseo Fritto buff you gain 308 speed which is equal to 21% movement speed.

When you kill an enemy while you have the Tartare d'Orso buff, you gain 88 speed which is equal to 9% movement speed.

Remember the Speed tertiary stat has insane Diminishing Returns, so if you already have speed items/buffs you will gain less % value from the buff, so results may vary.

This food is a MUST for farming old content, especially within the many instances which do not allow mounting.

While in the Dragon Isles on a max level toon, this will still proc. The speed boost doesn't seem to be diminished at all. Uncertain if it's a feature or a bug, so enjoy it while it lasts.

For anyone wondering which food is objectively better, here is a comparison of the raw base speed % increase I get from each food.
Note: % increase will vary depending on your speedset

Base Speed: %195.85
Fried Bonefish: %198.31
Bear Tartare: %196.87
