The way to recieve this item are 2
1 Before you are below lvl 15 you need to talk to wrathion who is inside chamber of heart he will give u a quest to grab items ,those items drops from visions get them and cmplete quest and he will give u 1 core which takes your cloak +1 lvl .
2 After you are lvl 15 on cloak to get this you need toclear whole vision and then u will get it in the chest thats given at the end of a vision or kill n'zoth to get the core

As you may know, Horrific Visions are some kind of scenarios to play solo or in group. All players will explore the same Horrific Vision throughout the week, either Orgrimmar or Stormwind. It will then alternate between the two cities every week.
You can queue for the Horrific Vision by interacting with the gateway located in the Chamber of Heart next to MOTHER.

Wrathion will give you quest to do/complete inside those scenarios. Doing this will reward you with items to upgrade your orange cloack.
To queue for one of those scenarios you need to have one Ricettacolo delle Visioni Orripilanti in your bags and will be consumed once you zone in.
You can get 3 vessels so 3 attempts per week very easy or you can push a bit and get 5 per week.

Two basic ways to get Ricettacolo delle Visioni Orripilanti, first way is been lucky because those can drop from inside the chest/cache that you will have as reward for complete the Main Assault every week. Second way is to buy em from Wrathion, every Ricettacolo delle Visioni Orripilanti cost 10.000 Visioni Coalescenti

And where and how to earn those Visioni Coalescenti?
First way, easier and less time consuming is with Assaults. As you many know, there are one Main/Major Assault every week and two Minor Assaults every week.
Completing the major assault will reward you one Ricettacolo delle Visioni Orripilanti and 10.000 Visioni Coalescenti, and completing every minor assault will reward you 5.500 Visioni Coalescenti
Just doing this you will earn 21k every week so 3 attempts/scenarios.(two from buying vessel and one from free vessel from cache)

Second way, more time consuming and involving to play a bit everyday is with MiniVisions and Daily quests.
There is a portal in the Main weekly assault map that allows you to do once a day a Mini-Vision scenario, doing this will award you with 2.000 Visioni Coalescenti the first weekly completion and 1.000 Visioni Coalescenti the next 6. So 8k per week.
Also, since week2 blizz made a fix and daily quest in assaults rewards 250 Visioni Coalescenti each one. There is a total of 6 each day (3per assault) so you can end with 10.500 Visioni Coalescenti per week.
This two daily things combined (minivisions and dailyes) will bring you 18.500 Visioni Coalescenti per week, add to this the 1k that excess from the first way and you will have almost 20k, so two more trys to scenarios every week.

IMP Note about Visioni Coalescenti, those cap at 25.000, as soon as you have over 10k, use em to buy one Ricettacolo delle Visioni Orripilanti, or you risk to do/complete something and lose the ones you earn if those overpass the cap limit.

And how about the Ricordi Corrotti ?
You will earn some of those while doing the same things you do to earn Coalescing Visions, but not a lot.
The most important source is from doing the scenarios, and you will use this to research upgrades into Titanic research archives so you will earn "talents" that will help you to do Horrific Vision Scenarios easier.

thats all great but out of date So WHAT do you do w/ them now adays? Wrathion doesnt want them so I assume there obsolete at this point?
