Mages, do not forget to restock these before instancing as they are needed for Arcane Brilliance and you will be required to cast it many times depending on the duration of the raid and the number of wipes.

Mages should always have at least one stack of 20 before going into an instance because arcane brilliance needs this reagent to be cast and Arcane Brilliance is eaiser than casting arcane intellect every 30 mins when you probablly wont eveen have enough mana to cast it on your party.

But i have a question: Can i have on me Arcane Briliance and Arcane Intellect at the same time???
I would be much smarter! ^^......with +62 intellect => 620 mana

Also needed for the Magic Bomb "The Bigger one" for Engineers...I always KNEW there was a bit of magic in some of those gadgets!

Sniffable.

Before each cast of Arcane Brilliance or Ritual of Refreshment each mage must focus their inner arcane flows. This is done by sniffing previously lined up portion of Arcane Powder with a little sniffing pipe. Raid-wide Arcane Brilliance buff actualy is casted in the very moment when mage sneezes.

As of patch 4.0.1 this item is no longer needed by mages for Arcane Brilliance. Still needed for conjuring tables. Tables require 2.

As of patch 5.0.4, it looks like all spells which required reagents in the past no longer do so. I have been able to test this on my mage, but I'm not 100% certain if this is the case for other classes (shamans, druids) who use reagents for certain spells.

Mages will no longer need Arcane Powder to cast Conjure Refreshment Table. A second person is also no longer required. Runes of Teleportation and Runes of Portals are no longer required to teleport/create portals. Slow Fall no longer requires Light Feather.

Reagents vendors no longer sell these items (except Light Feathers, which they never sold in the first place), and if you have some in your bags or bank, you'll notice that they are now grey (trash) items. Reagents vendors now sell the various dusts and such used to remove glyphs.
