Triggers the unstable affliction silence, like other similar items (the luffa for example). Got jumped by two affliction warlocks and a warrior and thought this would be a clever out, but no such luck.

Since it is not said anywhere else, the heal rate every 3 sec is 10% of your max health. So you will gain 50% health back over the 15 sec, which is pretty awesome.

So you've seen a "Corrupted..." mob, and hunted it down for those sweet, sweet Ricordi Corrotti
Now you have some stacks of that pesky 30-minute Corruzione Ribollente curse.

The first on-use effect of Ashjra'kamas, Manto della Risolutezza does NOT remove that curse.

The easiest solution is to find fellow players and ask for a quick decurse:

a Druid for Rimozione Corruzione
a Mage for Rimozione Maledizione
a Shaman for Purificazione dello Spirito

But you have 2 other options.

First is Pozione della Purezza, which can be bought from vendors, but only clears one stack

Second is this very item - Balsamo Fangoso, which drops from several sources in Nazjatar. The item has 5 charges, removes all stacks and can also be found in one of the one-time-only chests in Nazjatar, like the one at 73.22 35.80. Another good bet are Algan mobs, wandering in the zone or spawned by quests for your followers in the zone.

Mudwrap won't work directly in the Vale and Uldum (it is locked to BfA zones), but other than hearthing out,

from the Vale, portals inside the faction Shrines take you to your faction portal room, and as soon as you get to a BfA zone, you can use it
from Uldum, you can fly to Magni's Encampment in Silithus, which has a portal back to BfA zones. You can take a flight path partway, from the Ramkahen to Oasis of Vir-Sar, which is on the Silithus border. If you find it hard to reach, use TomTom or similar and set your target coords to /way Silithus 42, 44.

Strange, Somebody knows if this item has been removed`?

-cuz it wont drop since about 2 or 3months

- i am doin lots of pvp in nazjatar often 10v1 (i am the one) and i remember when this item drops an have it already in bag it will be sent via mail but since some months i remember one of this items didn´t reach to me and of this moment i dont get no drops any more..
- i really killed this mobs 30./times dayli and no dop since months.
at 16% dropchance i don´t understand whats goin on it wasn´t never that hard to get

a game master told me "i am no dev i dont understand this mechanics" i should ask the wow community -.-

i hardly think this unique item got stuck invisible in my mailbox and of this reason i dont get any others but who knows and who cares x.x

In Shadowlands pre-patch still works.
Heals player for about 8% of hp pool every 3 sec, for total 6 ticks or ~50% hp.

Not a 100% drop from Algan-mobs, so use one of these wrists for raise chances:
