Salve a tutti. L'oggetto in questione, la Mano Scheletrica per l'appunto, da delle maledizioni fino a che resta nello zaino del proprio Personaggio. Va consegnato al NpC Bramatenebre Yarga, che in cambio vi darà una sacca con quasi 1000 monete d'oro. Spero vi sia di aiuto.

The "right merchant" is a tortollan by the name of Gloomseeker Yarga. They hang out inside of an underwater cave at the coordinates 38/59.

They reward a bag with a random amount of gold. I received just over 430 gold.

Having this item in your inventory will give you a random debuff about every 10 seconds. One reduces max health by 10% per stack, and stacks up to 9 times. Another debuff increases the chance of being critically struck by 20% which stacks 5 times. The last debuff spawns random circles around you that hurt if you step into them.

You can find this in the hidden chests while you have the treasure-hunting buff from Pietra Rivelatrice. I found mine in my 4th or 5th chest, roughly between Mezzamere and Ashen Strand, but I'm sure it can be found anywhere.

If you're dying a bunch while trying to find the vendor, or don't have time to sell it, you can put this in your bank and it'll stop cursing you until you take it back out.

Another note: you can die if you try to do pet battles while holding this.

Underwater cave entrance is at 39 58, straight from the Alliance camp.

The NPC Gloomseeker Yarga rewards you with Jingling Sack which contains gold.

What happens if a exp-holding level 1 obtains this item? when it does the DoT curse or AoE curse will the toon just periodically die, or does the dmg scale with level?

Mrrglrlr will buy it, too, but for 0g. I have a junk vendor addon and it sold it to him automatically. I could not buy it back. :(

I got mine off of the Necrofin Scavengers that seem to endlessly spawn in front of the Kritch's cave at 40.18, 77.20
They despawn super fast so you have to loot quickly but they die insanely fast and you can just cleave them down easily.

Some of these buffs can be very nasty, so you need to sell the Mano Scheletrica to Bramatenebre Yarga for a Sacca Tintinnante full of gold as swiftly as possible.

After further looking at this item and the debuffs.

Mano Scheletrica comes with Maledizione delle Maree debuff.

Moneta Incrostata comes with Maledizione delle Maree debuff.

Occhio Cieco comes with Maledizione delle Maree debuff.

These are 3 different versions of the curse, leading to 3 different pages with 3 different spell ID, yet, have the same name. Each to it's respective item being held in the player's inventory.

Mano Scheletrica's Maledizione delle Maree curse debuff on player which has unlimited duration will give 2 minor debuffs which have 3minutes of duration. Maledizione delle Maree: Decadimento and Maledizione delle Maree: Pressione. Each smaller debuff are independant to each other as if they will get or not an extra stack in 2 minutes.

As mentionned in other comments, Maledizione delle Maree: Decadimento can stack up to 9 times (reducing health by 90%). While Maledizione delle Maree: Pressione can stack up to 5 times (Increasing critical strike chances against you by 50%).

Now. I do not possess the other 2 items as of this post but i haven't turned the item for gold, Queued to some LFR Raids. Both Eternal Palace from Nazjatar and other raids arround Zandalar and Kul tiras. Found out the curse was following me everywhere. Decided to go outside of BfA zones, to Stormwind. The curse was still on me. So at this point, things got a bit more curious.

I realized the 3rd Curse: Maledizione delle Maree: Acqua Scura did not seem to active while inside raids. But activated in Nazjatar shortly after i got out. So i went to try in a different area (Stormwind). the Dark water effect was visible to the peoples on the floor and on myself (as i move in and out of it's range some blue water covers your character). But they would not be hurt from it standing inside. Only me, (even tho Resounding Protection trait absorb enough for me not to ever die standing on it). It deals 7999 damage Frost damage per tick. In the end, it probably activated in the raid aswell i just didn't see it.

I am not selling this item. Not until i have all 3 curses in my inventory together. Until then, this one will stay in the bank. More tests have to be done as if holding multiple of them would give/lose stacks faster or the pool dealing more damage… This item is a pure artifact !. Imagine having critical strikes against you increased by 150%. Or -270% maximum health.

This darn curse had me dying repeatedly and I didn't notice it for an hour.
Then when I did, my only option seemed to be to throw it away or put it in my bank. I couldn't find whom to sell it to...

Instead of watching a 5 minute video here is the information.

You can sell any of the three cursed items from Nazjatar at a vendor hidden in a cave under a waterfall right beside the main city in Nazjatar.

You will get 500-800 gold

I'm kinda late to the party on this whole thing, but I just got this item for the first time today and it would seem that at some point the curses were 'nerfed'. Maledizione delle Maree: Decadimento only reduces maximum health by 5% per stack instead of 10, and Maledizione delle Maree: Acqua Scura was ticking on me for about 100 damage. Maledizione delle Maree: Pressione seems to be the same as described by earlier comments.

late to the party as well, submitted a screenshot for those who dont want to sit through the video. my jingling pouch from turning this item in resulted in a measly 463 gold and some silver nothing else.

for those who have trouble finding it, go out Mezzamere's south entrance an turn right go down the little hill its the pond directly in front of you, the cave is just to the right, and underwater in the shallow cave is Yarga the tortollan, select the chat option to turn in whatever item you have, for me it was the hand and npc will give you the pouch.

All the above reward Jingling Sack which gives a seemingly RNG based amount of gold (or drawn from a random pool of set amounts) either way, it's a nice freebie.
*I found that it was really fun to have a few of these in my possession, increasing the challenge until it became impossible to beat more that single mob pulls

edit: it's been quite a few turn ins and the amount of gold recieved from the Jingling Sack varies every time.

If you are having trouble finding the cursed items vendor, Gloomseeker Yarga, this might help you:

When you get to Mezzamere go straight toward the building with the mailbox in front of it.

Stop at the steps that lead up to the building, turn left and follow that path out of town.

Right past the banners as you leave town, the path forks.

Do not turn in either direction at the fork. Keep walking straight, right up to the edge of the water. Your minimap labels that area as The Hanging Reef.

Type in chat:
/tar Gloom

When you press enter, you will target Gloomseeker Yarga and you can see her standing underwater in front of you. I swam along the bottom, dodging the Frenzy fish with red Nameplates and none of them attacked me.

I am going to try to add a cropped screenshot so you can see her from the path - no guarantee I can do that....

Contrary to the impression I gained from comments that Gloomseeker Yarga is in Mezzamere and available to Alliance only, Horde players can get to her cave and hand in the cursed objects for a Jingling Sack quite safely.

Going downhill towards the waterfall, it's at the bottom of the right hand small waterfall. coordinates are 38,58, in Nazjatar, from the mezzmere flight point it,s directly south.

If you are Horde, go to roughly the spot where you see the last E in Mezzamere on the map. Then hit your target macro or type /tar gloom. He/she is in an underwater cave.

Still wanting to know if anyone has got this on a level 1 and if it the damage tick curse scales down or if it would just 1shot.

Can't seemingly reply to the person who downvoted me and said since it drops from max level mobs you can't get it on a level one....

Warlock summons + being in a group while others kill means you CAN get it on a level one, for the funs.

It'd be like an anti-twink item. be the weakest possible.

I already enjoy having the suicide knife from isle of thunder on my lightforged dranei level 1, and committing suicide to take down a critter with my death explosion.

Contrary to what I initially believed, this isn't the most difficult thing to farm. I actually got it on my fifth recorded kill, but I believe that was sheer luck.
