For dwarf it gave me the gnome skeleton for some reason, maybe they give everyone the smaller skeleton

This turns you in to a random skeleton. My Draenei turned in to a gnome on the first go around and a Tauren skeleton on the 2nd and 3rd tries.

Looks really cool if you have the Irradiated Undercoat on. Your skeleton gets a faint green glow.

This awesomely stacks with using Altalena di Lunacupa! Talk about tiny!

There are several fun toys you can use in combination with this item to get some cool effects.
Here are a few I've come across so far:

The Grimorio delle Frangicuore Gives you a nice dark bone effect highlighted with a deep blue.
The Visione Spettrale makes you really hard to see.
The Corno per Libagioni dei Vrykul Makes you really big!
The Cappello Mistico da Matricola Gives you a really nice ghost like appearance.
This is mentioned already, but the Altalena di Lunacupa makes you really tiny. even smaller if you get the gnome!

Seems to be a pretty rare drop. I'm playing multiple toons and spending a lot of time in Nazjatar and I've only seen it drop once.

Btw, i found out that if you use the Sunset Amber (From Crowns of Opulence) as well, you can reduce the size by 50% making you even tinier.

The Deeptide Frenzy near /way 46.55 84.28 Deeptide seems to be a descent place to farm these, they respawn rather quickly and there are two groups one outside and another in the cave nearby.
