Currently only used to buy Trofeo dell'Ingozzatutto della Festa della Birra. If you get more than 5 of them, the extras have no use and can be safely trashed.

The same vendor which provides you the initial Brewfest Chowdown quest is the one which sells you the Chowdown Trophy. Good luck getting the 5 tokens - took me about half an hour on the second day :)

Question: why are these not account-bound? The chowdown game seems to be agnostic to race or class, so a Tauren Shaman has the same chance to win as an Undead Mage or a Goblin Rogue or whatever. The reward for winning five chowdowns is a toy for the toybox that will be account-wide. Why are the tokens not account-bound? I've already got six of these, but spread across four characters (2 on one, 2 on another, and 1 each for two more). I can't consolidate them to get 5 on one character for turn-in. So, to get a toy that will be account-wide once I win it, and playing a game where race/class is irrelevant to your chances of winning, these tokens are Bind-on-Pickup and I must win five on the same character. Why?

After getting tired of waiting for the 3 minute 'Full' debuff to wear off, I tried a couple things to alleviate it and found the following:
- Death removes your debuff and the spirit healer is pretty close, so killing yourself from fall damage and running back to your corpse works quite well.
- If you are losing, you can use the red arrow button to eject from the minigame and spare yourself the debuff as well.

Really stupid "game", 100 people standing and pressing the seats, and 1/20 games you are lucky to get one, and then you also need to be lucky to win, yeah this is Bliztard 2020.

Heya! So lots of people here are posting about the optimal strategy here, and begrudgingly shaking their fist at the RNG of the number of sausages on each plate.
However, there is an easy way to get trophies for you and your 3 best friends in just a few minutes. So everybody can get their 5 Emblema del Campione dell'Ingozzatuttos to be able to buy their Trofeo dell'Ingozzatutto della Festa della Birra and be on their merry way.

So yes, the number of sausages on each plate is random. But there is something consistent about how the game ends. When the 10th plate is requested. The game is over and the winner is announced. If multiple players request their 10th plate at the same time. Everybody gets a Chowdown championship token. So in theory, you can get 20 tokens for your party of 4 players in just 5 rounds. We didn't have any luck getting a pull timer to work with the vehicle interface for the minigame. but typing out a timer in chat, or counting down on coms works just fine. After the round, you can do another more quickly by dropping yourself off a flying mount and rezzing to get rid of the full belly debuff.

Also, it should be noted that there is presently a bug at the time of writing, where if people click the exit vehicle button, it messes up the mini-game for the whole server. So don't click that. And if you happen to find it bugged, try phasing into another server, or turning off/on war mode.

These will vanish from your bags once Brewfest comes to a close, so make sure to use them while you have them.

There is a small delay between Britta Cuorboccale announcing the winner of the chowdown and the real end of the mini game where all participants are pushed from their seats. If your score is close to the winner (means 9 plates) and you manage to order the 10th plate within this delay, you will also receive a Emblema del Campione dell'Ingozzatutto even if you were not announced as the winner. This happend to me twice. So I won only 3 times but got 5 Emblema del Campione dell'Ingozzatutto.

This means the game rewards all participants with a token who have a final score of 10. It doesn't matter if you were announced as the winner or not.

This game is an RNG game. The winner will be random if everyone plays perfectly. So it isn't yours to win, but it is yours to lose. Having said that, you can definitely play suboptimally so here is a guide to optimal play:

The opener is 1-1-2. You want to eat 2 bites and then a brew. Always.
The midgame algorithm is much more forgiving. It doesn't need lightning reflexes, so just take it slow and easy.

If 3 is available, press 3
if choking < 70, press 1
if 2 is available, press 2
else wait

The ending is crucial. You win once you are at 9 score and press button 3. So if someone else is at 9 too, and you're >= 70 but you're on your second bite you might want to take a risk and press 2 in the off chance that you have a 2 bite plate and your bite gives <30. If you don't choke quickly press 3 the moment it is available and win!

Another tip, is if it looks like you are going to lose (say you are at 7 and another person is at 9), you can jump out of the chair and you won't get a debuff. They will probably fix that, but for now you can enjoy no wait times.

Just watched a dude choke the entire time and win because he got effectively 0 sausages. Then when I joined the next one after that bs my character got stuck on the chair. Blizz can eat a fat one for this.

Edit: And then I join one that was apparently in progress and get the debuff while not getting to participate. The turd who designed this can screw themselves.

EASY FARM FOR TOY

Grab three friends or three randos.
Sit all at the table and proceed to eat the sausages, no matter the pace.
Wait until everyone at the table is at 9 score with EMPTY dish in front of him.
Someone do a countdown or a DBM pull to coordinate the team.
Click bound button "3" or what you have for "Next Dish" aka win.
Everyone win and everyone get a token.
Toy done in 15 min with no stress.
