The item can upgrade. I got a warforged (420) first go.

Not exactly sure how the proc is meant to work but I am using Scheda Logica Efficiente Vigorosa and when this procs it increased my crit from 28% to 53%.

Edit: Based on Ekkas comments, I checked my other stats during the proc, I was previously hung up on the extra crit.

It reduced my versatility to zero and mastery to 5%. I lost 9.76% damage from vers and roughly 24% damage from mastery. This is on an MM hunter. Pretty sure I lost 10% haste as well. Leech was not effected.

Maybe a mastery or vers logic board would be a better way to go.

Edit2: The proc might be limited to once per minute but the proc chance is quite low. Not uncommon to kill 4 or 5 mobs with no proc. Even after coming back from AFK.

The spell that procs off from this card is Sottoprocedura: Ottimizzazione which lasts for 12 seconds and it has a chance to proc once per minute. All your secondary stats will be redistributed into the ones provided by your equipped Logic Board (yellow card) and while the buff lasts, you gain 227 additional stats.

Something important to note here is secondary stats (critical, haste, mastery and versatility ratings) will not be completely redistributed. Let's say your yellow card has haste and mastery ratings in it. Once the buff pops up, your other secondary stats (critical and versatility) will be set at the minimum base rating your current specialitation offers. For example, as a discipline priest, you get a 6% minimum crit chance as base, that's your minimum critical chance. However, you don't have a versatility base, meaning it will be set to 0% even though you've got versatility on your equipment, but that's not bad, since it will be redistributed into haste and mastery.

~~As for now, I don't know how the redistribution numbers are being held. Maybe it's taking the other secondary stats, dividing between 2 and then adding to the ones shown on the yellow card.~~

It seems that the highest stat on your Logic Board is more favoured through the redistribution of the stats than the lowest one, meaning the first stat will always have a higher redistribution percent than the other one.

This is acquired from installing Derivazione Circuito Remoto into your Dispositivo di Calcolo Tascabile and opening the Junkyard Tinkering profession panel. Derivazione Circuito Remoto itself is acquired from Re degli Scarti, a rare that spawns at the top of the junk pile just south of Rustbolt.

It looks like Sottoprocedura: Ottimizzazione procs at approximately once per minute with a 12s duration.

So what it actually *does* is this:

Totals up all of your secondary stats. So all of your critical strike rating, haste rating, versatility rating, and mastery rating
Adds a certain amount, I think without titanforging it's 227
Based on the yellow logic board installed (e.g. Scheda Logica Efficace Ottimizzata) in the trinket, it puts 75% of that total into one stat, and 25% of it into another.
The two stats not on the logic board are reduced to 0

This may or may not be useful, but it's certainly amusing to go to nearly 50% crit and 0% haste.

I did some testing, I play as Moonkin and have Dispositivo di Calcolo Tascabile with Sottoprocedura: Ottimizzazione and Scheda Logica Efficiente Ottimizzata (got that from crafting a random card, the tooltip on wowhead is not correct, it provides +296 mastery and +98 haste at itlvl 415).
My secondary stats are as follows:

As you can see, the buff of Sottoprocedura: Ottimizzazione pretty much does exactly what it says it does: all of your 2nd stats are added together, and than, depending on which 2nd stats are on your yellow punch card, redistributes them, with a slight bonus (+240 2nd stat). This "adding up and redistributing" of the secondary stats seems to happen after every other buff that might gain you additional secondary stats, as seen with the + 170 mastery weapon proc Acume del Macchinista.

BUT it does not redistribute the secondary stats based on the ratio they appear on the punch card. In my case Scheda Logica Efficiente Ottimizzata should give me a ratio of ~75% mastery and ~25% haste, but it redistributes the 2nd stats to a fixed ration of 60% mastery and 40% haste.

As a fire mage, if this trinket procs in the middle of your combustion and your yellow punchcard contains versatility and haste, it is possible to have negative mastery values. This punch card redistributes stats based on the stats you have when it procs, so it will redistribute your full combustion-based mastery and critical strike, and since you lost some critical strike from the redistribution, your mastery gain from combustion reduces your mastery values to negative. The negative mastery only lasts for one second as it continues to normalize your stat redistribution.

Edit: I did further testing with multiple punchcards. As long as mastery is not one of the stats on the yellow punchcard for your trinket, this punchcard will continuously cycle through redistributing your stats until Combustion ends due to how Combustion works.

Another Blizz OP wonder trinket that rocks. Not even gonna try to act like I understand the mechanics behind this little "rain destruction" card, but here are the effects. As a haste driven Boomer with this slotted along with yellow card Performance Refined Logic Board (+284 Haste, +94 Mastery) when this bad boy kicks in (procs) my Solar Wrath turns to a nearly solid yellow stream of destruction. What ever is being attacked usually drops pretty quick, cant even click the spells as fast as this insanity is going. This is easily the best card loaded in the trinket so far.
