100% IF you unlocked the new Essence System already. We had one Guild member helping out who didn't do the new 8.2 questchain and hasn't unlocked the essence system so he didn't get it.

Able to confirm that this does drop in the Heroic version of Operation: Mechagon - Workshop. Went in with a group where no one had done the original dungeon before, and all party members received the Essence.

For those doing TimeWalking or farming old content this is 100% worth getting still in Shadowlands, it makes HoA the best necklace in the game as it gives you your strongest CD up for nearly half the time on most classes. I've tried it so far on my Demon Hunter, Paladin, and Hunter and on all 3 it's amazing. Even without scaling tricks this essence alone makes HoA the best necklace in any old content for all 3 of them. I'm sure there are other essences that still work well at level cap but this one is the best I've found for any class yet...just make sure you've unlocked essences before you do the run.
