Major Power: Raggio Focalizzato d'Azerite

Rank 1: (1.6 sec cast, 1.5 min cooldown): Focus excess Azerite energy into the Heart of Azeroth, then expel that energy outward, dealing 126,700 Fire damage to all enemies in front of you over 2.5 sec.
Rank 2: (1.1 sec cast, 1.5 min cooldown): Focus excess Azerite energy into the Heart of Azeroth, then expel that energy outward, dealing 126,700 Fire damage to all enemies in front of you over 2.5 sec.
Rank 3: (1.1 sec cast, 1.5 min cooldown): Focus excess Azerite energy into the Heart of Azeroth, then expel that energy outward, dealing 126,700 Fire damage to all enemies in front of you over 2.5 sec. Castable while moving.

Minor Power: Energia Concentrata

Rank 1: Your damaging spells and abilities grant you 20 Haste for 4 sec, stacking up to 10 times. This Haste is lost if you stop using spells or abilities against the initial target.
Rank 2: Your damaging spells and abilities grant you Haste for 4 sec, stacking up to 10 times. This Haste is lost if you stop using spells or abilities against the initial target.
Rank 3: Your damaging spells and abilities grant you Haste for 4 sec, stacking up to 10 times. This Haste is lost if you stop using spells or abilities against the initial target. When you have no stacks of Focused Energy, generate 3 stacks from your first damaging spell or ability.

Drop Location: Mythic+ Dungeons

Rank 1: Complete a 4+ Mythic Dungeon in Season 3 and loot the end of dungeon chest. (Clarification: must be timed)
Rank 2: Complete a 7+ Mythic Dungeon in Season 3 and loot the end of dungeon chest. (Clarification: must be timed)
Rank 3: Combine 15 Anima della Vita Concentrata, obtained from your Weekly Mythic+ Chest in Season 3.
Rank 4: Complete Maestro delle Chiavi di Battle for Azeroth: Stagione 3 or later seasons.

July 12 hotfix

The UI for Essences earned in Mythic Keystone Dungeons now state that the dungeon needs to be completed in time.

In order to be eligible for this essence, the run must be completed within the time limit. Completing it after the timer runs out doesn't count.

If you completes a Mythic +7 or higher as your first Mythic+ dungeon, you will skip the Rank 1 essence and obtain Rank 2 directly. Rank 2 can be learned at the Heart Forge without having to use the Rank 1 essence. You must complete the Mythic+ in time in order to be eligible to loot the essence from the cache at the end of the dungeon. You also must have completed the quest Ottenere il potere for the essences to drop as this quest is what unlocks the essences. If you not have this chain completed first, you won't receive an essence in the cache.

Apparently (and confirmed by a in-game ticket) after 9.0, the rank 3 is only obtained in mythic 0 end bosses, you need three Anima della Vita Concentrata to build rank 2 and eigth to build rank 3.
I don´t know if this information is somewere else, and i don´t understand the change either but its how it works now, mythic+ drops nothing no matter what key you do.

As of 9.0.1- "The Essence and Anima no longer drop in Mythic+. The Anima drops from the final boss in standard mythic dungeons only. The anima can then be used to create the essences of all ranks." I asked a GM why I didn't get rank 1 for timing a +7 and this was their response.

Gli incantesimi e le abilità d'attacco aumentano l'indice di celerità di [7 * (1.5)] per 4 sec. Si accumula fino a 10 volte. La celerità accumulata si dissolve se si cambia bersaglio.
