Can anyone confirm it can only be dropped once per day? I got the box only on my first Reclamation Rig event of the day.

~~I'm not 100% certain on this, but I believe you need to actually contribute to the build to get this to drop.~~

Personally debunked this. I did not get the chest for several days this week, but today I got it without personally contributing.

Make sure you have some empty slots in your bags before this event ends as you will not receive the item in the mail as you usually would when you have full bags Also a GM will not send you the item, so don't bother with a ticket. If you don't have room in your bags then you just wasted your time :-(

Looted Vinyl: Triumph of Gnomeregan today from this. Dropped on normal mode defending the reclamation rig. Did it for 1 month daily. Possibly the actual drop rate is more than 1% Thinking maybe the stats that wowhead are displaying are much lower than the actual. I also got Rusted Keys to the Junkheap Drifter after 2-3 months of trying. Shouldn't on average the stated .5 % drop rate take 200 attempts before it takes?
Nevertheless, I am buying more lotto tickets...

Not available from Hard Mode. If only they would put the Pacchetto Miniature di Azeroth: Meccagon into the Scatola di Componenti Assortiti Irradiata too. Makes it hard to go for the minis on days where the Armories are up.

This is the main reward from the Macchinario di Recupero event. You might also get Confisca di Riciclaggio/Confisca di Riciclaggio Strana (normally from Altro riciclo and the like). Doing the rig on hard mode instead rewards Scatola di Componenti Assortiti Irradiata.
