Drops from Infused Crags in Silithus. has about a 75-80% drop rate.
however the best place for farming this in my experience was Azerite Madness. Extremely quick respawn timers and the crags and bedrock with a slightly lower drop chance.

In SIlithus just stand at 48.61, 55.39 killing the same Infused Crag over and over.
Don't fly around as most are killed to fast depending on how many other people are farming too!
The Rare Infused Bedrock after 15 kills did not drop one for me, so I stopped killing them and got all 30 from the same spot.
Took about 35 minutes.

Crags at 48.62 55.38 and 46.10 33.04 in Silithus dropped 30 for me in about 20-25 mins. Good luck!

Also drop from larger Infused Bedrock mobs when doing azurite zone WQs.

Azurite Madness WQ area just kill elites, not 100% drop, but got 30 in about 45m.

Fastest farm would be to join the group of people running between the 2 Infused Crag mobs in Silithus at 48.62 55.38 and 46.10 33.04 (Magni's camp is between them)

You kill 2 of them per minute that way, at a rate of 40% you need to spend ~25 minutes running back and forth.

If you can't find a group running around, try one of the following:

use LFR to hop to another realm
go to Boralus and back or to the Heart Chamber and back (maybe you get ported to another shard)
make a group yourself, ask in Boralus or Silithus general chat etc (they drop in a raid)
relog
try some other time

Gathered these at Vol'dun Azerite Madness world quest area at 59,61.

I can confirm that both Infused Crag and Infused Bedrocks in this world quest area drop the Titan's Blood. Yet they are not guaranteed drops from either. Drop rate wasn't horrible and i was done in about 15-20 mins.

I would like to add that, Since i was doing this in a world quest zone including smaller mobs. I tagged a bunch of stuff that cluttered the loot screen. Make sure you loot every corpse on ground as blood might not appear on first click.

Definitely not a 100% drop rate in Silithus... in fact i'd wager it sits around 25%. I've killed about 15 or so of them and I am sitting with 3 so far... all for probably the worst tool of all the trade tools...

"oh wow I just got indestructible on this piece of loot with the wrong stats on it, what a fun system of RNG on top of already annoying RNG, and don't forget me being able to save 50 gold an hour on repairs! WAHOO!"

There are two Infused Crag's in Silithus that drop Titan's Blood.
- 48.43, 55.45 and 45.94, 33.04

The Infused Crag's respawn about every minute and have a 50% drop rate.
If others are farming them as well you will want to camp one of the spots, if not you can fly back and forth and complete in about 30 minutes.

Best practice would be to group up and go back and forth and complete in about twenty minutes.
- The Infused Bedrock and smaller Azerite infused NPC's either do not drop Titan's blood or the drop rate is too low to continue farming them.

Figured I would try to add some concrete numbers to give people a better idea of how to optimize this farm.

The mobs are on a 1 minute respawn timer exactly.
It took a paladin with 430% flying speed 22 secs to travel between the 2 spawn points at 48.43, 55.45 and 45.94, 33.04.
It took a ret paladin with 416 ilvl ~30 secs to kill the mob without cds, and ~18 secs to kill with cds. Two minute cds are up for every other mob.
It took me 3 min and 33 secs to kill a 3 mob cycle by camping in one spot.
It took me 2 mins and 24 secs to kill a 3 mob cycle by traveling between spawns.
My drop rate was 54% (55 kills for 30 bloods).

These numbers reflect a completely solo farm with no competition or aid. If you fly much slower or have lower dps it might be worth it to forgo travel between the spawns, but if you have help and/or high dps then travel between the spawns will yield better results. Competition would slow this farm down dramatically so I suggest waiting until midday or early hours.

The entire farm took ~51 mins, but I probably could have sped it up to ~45 mins if I didn't take the time to test some of the things mentioned in this post.

11th of May 2019, I am getting approximately 4-5 every 30 minutes....Level 396 Fury warrior.Also I get approximately 35 Monelite ore every 30 minutes by mining the corpses.I am the only one farming and flying around the full lap.

Okay so I personally just did the WQ area down from Arom's stand in Drustvar when it was up and it took me about 45 mins to collect all 30 of the item . My drop rate was around 45 % or so just killing the infused bedrock and infused crags around there .

As of 8.2 , The MOTHERLODE! now drops Titan's blood from the reward chest of mythic +. I got 2 from a +3, 10 of it from a +7, and 18 of it from a +10.

Shalebiter and Stonefury in Normal Motherlode appear to each drop 1. And it's very easily solo-able especially given the gear available now.
So that's 9 for about 10-15m of work. Don't even have to kill the first boss. Much better then Crags in Silithus IMO.

Fastest way to get bloods is to go into normal Motherload dungeon and solo the trash up to the second boss.
-The blood will drop from the Shalebiters and Stonefurys right before the second boss.
-I've gotten 9 total for every reset.
Hint: You can skip first boss.

I don't know if they increased the drop rate but i got all 30 in less than an hour killing Infused Crags and Bedrocks at a CoA WQ

Doing this in Silithus pretty late in the patch with no one else competing.

The Infused Bedrock's don't drop any, might as well leave them alone. As others have mentioned it's just the Infused Crag's.

Definitely not seeing the nice drop rate others reported...

in the quest: Defending the Maelstrom (heart quest) you are in an instanced area where the first big mob to the left is an Azerite giant. Its easily soloable and respawn is pretty good, just have to wait about 30 seconds. To me it dropped Titans blood around 90 % of the times I killed it.

If you are not competing for kills - and nowadays it is kinda quiet - OK, on Thorium Brotherhood it's ALWAYS quiet.

The following guarantees 100% active, no standing around (as on my 450 Ret Pally).

1. 48.61 55.39 - Kill, Mine, Fly
2. 45.98 33.50 - Kill, Mine, Fly
3. Repeat until done.

In addition, each of those 2 has another pair nearby on longer timers. Kill those first if you see them.

In The MOTHERLODE right before the second boss, there is a group of 9 Stonefury. Each drops one Titan's blood so you get 9 per solo run. I did all runs on Normal as Warrior Fury with ~445 ilvl in patch 8.3.0 while writing this. I did not have any trouble and think it's still possible with the lower gear. Also, you don't need to kill the first boss.

I think the best is to make your own group and list it as Private. When you are done, leave the group and you will be sent to the entrance after one minute. Otherwise, you will have to run back.

Just did some Motherlode runs (normal, ilvl462) - take a mount, run all the way up to the ramp before the 2nd boss -> kill those elementals and loot - each run giving that way a maximum of 9 Titan's Bloods. After killing all adds that were running after you, you can go out and reset the dungeon. Rinse & repeat.

Infused Crag may be stealth nerfed on drop rate. Just killed 10 of them and no blood drop. Was 1 blood nearly every one 15/18 blood/kills a few days ago. Motherlode still seems, elementals before the 2nd boss still seem to be a 1 for 1 source.

did motherload on m0 and heroic, very easy on an old lvl 60 alt could walk passed all the trash to the boss to get the 9 bloods, normal on the otherhand was getting murdered by the first pack. So just took my 18 from mythic and heroic and farmed the rest in silithus very slowly

Normal MOTHERLODE 8-9 Titan's Blood / run as a level 70. Easy farm 15 min.
