Don't waste mats if you were planning on using this to run an old raid or dungeon.

In addition to only working in Mechagon, the 100 speed is only equal to about 3-5% movement speed. This is assuming you already have no speed gear on you, if you've stacked the speed stat getting another 100 might be as low as 1-2%.

These may seem like junk, but they're actually one of the few easily accessible food items in BFA that restores both health and mana. I've started using these over Scroll of Subsistence as between pulls food in Mythic+. They actually restore mana slightly faster for healers than mage food. Just remember not to eat for more than 10 seconds or you'll override your good food buff.

With today's patch, they increased it to 50 spare parts and 6 ionized minnows from 25 spare parts and 3 fish :(

I see a lot of comments here but none that really go into how to get this item or some other of the important details. First of all, as mentioned, this item is a powerful food, healing for 21,120 health and 12,600 mana. But it is not a normal food item. You cannot make it through the cooking skill, you have to go to Mechagon Island to get it, quite a task in itself. As it is soulbound, it can’t be purchased on the AH. To get the minnows, see Danielle Anglers on the island at 37, 97, the west coast. She will give you a quest using a minnow vac to capture large groups of minnows at once. DO NOT try to catch the minnows using the fishing skill, it will be a major waste of time. Be sure you have the "find fish" option enabled. Once her quest is completed you can see her again and borrow the minnow vac any time you want. The only other component is the spare parts, which are found all over Mechagon Island. Once you have the components, take them to Pascal K1N6 at 71, 32 on the island. He will make the canned minnows for you if you have earned the recipe.
