Got this during an invasion of Vol'dun, Arachni and Dookthar were fighting on a bridge. After Dookthar wins there was a small llootable pile by the spider. Wasn't able to loot the pile again after watching them fight again.

I did this event/quest today with 6 alliance alts and 1 horde char, and I got 2xBatteria a Forma di Banana, 2xRinforzo per Pettorali a Prova di Mazzata, 2xEsoscheletro di Primate Corazzato and 1xManciata di Occhi di Ragno di Vetro (with the horde alt). It seems to be random loot with even chance.
As a side note with some of the alliance chars I was able to attack the gorilla while with the other I was unable to do so. The horde char could not damage the spider, and since I only have one, I have less data from this side. All chars where with War Mode off.

I'd hazard a guess that the components of both spider & gorilla battle bot when combined might enable you to interact with the battle bots somehow, possibly control them in battle with the opposite battle bot. Either that or they combine to make a toy or pet.
