This seems like a really interesting toy,although I do hope it becomes Horde also,since it seems kind of stupid that only the alliance can use it when only the horde should

It changes the model of the Spirit Healer to a Valkyr model.
There seems to be no trackable buff or any visual indicators besides that.
The Spirit Healer will stay a Valkyr even after multiple deaths, apparently for 24hrs.

And it spawns a hole new NPC on top of the normal Spirit Healer, stacking two Spirit Healer on top of each other, both being Valkyrs.

OMG! I was so hoping when I read the description of this item where she was "serving me", that I would be able to rez right where I died instead of having to run from the graveyards. Even if it was only in Darkshore during this event. Obviously too OP for PVP (unless for example it only proc'd when you died outside of PVP or had like a 30sec timer would be better than running from some of these graveyards that are miles from your dead body)... oh well one can dream.

Tooltip says this toy's effects last for 1 day -- seems to be more like 24 hours cumulative /played than 24 hours realtime. Using the toy on one character also applies the effect to alts.

Toy seems to have a high failure rate lately.
I am going to guess the toy has a 40-50% failure rate and I am just unlucky with the RNG.
Used the toy 6 days in a row because fighting 12 Alliance at a time means seeing a lot of Bwonsamdi.
Still seeing Bwonsamdi if I die.

As of 9.0.1 it has a new cast animation.

9.0 made it channeled, have an animation, and increased the duration to 7 days with a 15 minute cooldown.

Its minor. Its small. But worth noting for those that don't play Horde. The whole quest chain starts with 'Dark Ranger Velonara' near the harbour in Dazar'alor (53 / 91). They have the starting quest 'Trouble in Darkshore'. Once accepted they will send you to the Dread-Admiral Tattersail on the ship in the Dazar'alor harbour. They will now have the option to take you to Darkshore. Once there the 2 Horde toys are routine.
