I got Ricetta: Banchetto Insanguinato (Rank 3) from my first Rifornimenti dei Cercatori Tortolliani without beeing a cook. I neither learned Cucina di Kul Tiras nor any other cooking skill before.
It's nice to know that the chance to get this recipe is given even without cooking, to safe it for later, when the character may need it at some point.

Major gripe here. I get it, give us another way to make a top tier food for raids great ty. BUT, gating it behind tortollan rep for chest is tough but not even the worst part. You don't give us a way to create sanguine from other mats AND you make all the loot from other content easier to obtain than running Uldir. What does this do? It makes it impossible to find a group that runs Uldir on any difficulty and thus impossible to get more mats to make sanguine feasts. Am I missing something? Please elucidate for me Blizzard...
