Figured I'd share my own results since only one other person has reported theirs so far.

My first supply box contained:
7g 56s 86c
2 x Pet bandages
21 x Polished pet charms
1 x Aquatic levelling stone
1 x Magic levelling stone
4 x Pocket lint
4 x Magical Pet Biscuit

Personally I don't think I'll be running this any more unless I'm really hard up for charms.

I started buying the Scatola di Rifornimenti di Gnomeregan Chiusaes after purchasing every other item available from the vendor

Week 3: 15th of April, 2019

So far the rewards seem to be a bit underwhelming for a weekly event. You can pretty much get more charms from a single day of doing pet dailies, especially if you have more than one character doing them daily. It seems like everything you get from these are items you can buy from a pet vendor. Still wondering if any pets can actually drop. Stay tuned for the coming weeks :)
