I have really high hopes that this toy will allow us to become Akunda once again. We are all Akunda.

Hopefully if this enables our "Akunda" names, this toy will enable that name. I also hope that we'll be able to change the name we chose during the Akunda quest or that this toy will randomly select one for us.

Finally this toy is in game. When used, lightning strikes your character, you /say "We are all Akunda" and your name is replaced with Akunda the Loyal/Anxious/Regretful and possibly one of other titles. What I also noticed, if you relog with buff active, it changes your Akunda title to another one.
The only problem with this awesome toy is it lasts just 5 min with 30 min cooldown.

Don't use this in raid, your name will vanish from the healers UI as well so they won't even be able to heal you. Learned this the hard way..
