Just played around on the beta and I found this item in a chest protected by the Protezione Runica in Drustvar. It seems to be a small puzzle in going about it where you have to click on the runes in a certain order (random for each player apparently) to unlock the chest. Clicking on the wrong runes damages you in a big way and resets the puzzle, but it doesn't change the order for you.

Just got it myself. You need to click runes in a certain order to open the chest.
Start with the one at 9 o'clock, then 6 o'clock, 12 o'clock and last 3 o'clock.

One of those items that you're never sure when the right time to use it is, so you hold off using it, because it has limited charges, only to find that you never never actually use it and you'll still have it in your bags just in case 40 levels from now.

This item is bugged and doesn't work on priests. Spirito di Redenzione is passive, you can't turn it off, and when this spell ends, you die, therefore when the buff from Dust Soulcatcher is applied on you, it should rez you once Spirit of Redemption ends, yet it does not. I die everytime and while I stand there in the graveyard preparing to run back I curse out the screen cuz up there in the corner....hey hey hey the buff is still active, it just didn't rez me. And yes, I am in Kul Tiras when I die. See screen shots.

Scorta Vincolata alle Rune
Coordinates: 63.3, 65.8 - Scorta Vincolata alle Rune - Gol Koval

To get to the Scorta Vincolata alle Rune and thus the Ghermitore di Anime dei Drust, start at the flying point in Fletcher's Hollow and cross the bridge to the north. After the bridge turn left and follow the bank until you find a way up to the waterfall. Cross the waterfall and follow the path until you reach Gol Koval. When you reach the top, keep to the left of the wall and you will arrive directly in a cave.
The Scorta Vincolata alle Rune is covered with Runic Ward protection. Click the runes in the following order to get to the chest.
1. Left
2. Down
3. Up
4. Right

Tested by jumping off a cliff with Drust Soulcatcher buff on. Works just like a 1 HOUR Warlock Soulstone.

It adds a 3rd option once you die. "Use Soulcatcher" can be used anytime mobs are patrolling further away.

Bring some 98,657 over 20 second food with you because you return with about 15-20% health remaining.

I could not reapply the Drust Soulcatcher buff for there was 48 minutes of cooldown remaining on the item.

I died from PvP and was able to resurrect instantly. Fun because no one would expect it while they run from your corpse.

Order here is easy.
Just look at the 3 markings on the ground and the order they are in, 1 of them is hidden, but you know which one it is if you look at the ones you need to press.

PLEASE NOTE!: It will NOT WORK for any of the symbols if you are under the effect of: Heartsbane Curse if you are under the effect from the toy Heartsbane Grimoire

You need to cancel the spell first.

Not sure if this goes for all these "riddles" in Drustvar, but i believe so. At least for THIS spesific chest you cannot have it as a buff.

Am I the only person who noticed this? The description when you pick it up and here on wowhead, (It doesn't say it once it's in your bag)

Um, we have to be at least level 110 to be in this place. We had to be at least level 98 to go to Legions. Why on Earth would they put requires level 85 on this item? Is it a throw back from Pandaria? I don't recall seeing it there, but then, I don't raid so... But really, we have to be at least level 110 in order to even obtain the item in Gol Koval.

I've been having an issue with the buff falling off, even though I don't leave Zandalar or enter any instance (nor do I die). It's possible that using Fischietto del Maestro di Volo is causing the issue but I haven't tested it, yet.

Blizzard, please explain why this has not mode the "toy" list yet?

Given a bunch of random stuff has already been added to the toy list, I don't see why so much other crap has to sit in my bank taking up space, instead of being a toy that any alt can get some use out of. Such items currently cluttering up my bank that should really be given toy status include:

Corrupted Primal Obelisk it's Draenor only anyway.
Carved Drinking Horn We have plenty of health toys, why not mana?
Obsidian Frostwolf Petroglyth Minor Rested XP Buff*
Flight Master's Whistle usable for known flight points
Oralius' Whispering Crystal tired of getting this on every alt.
Repurposed Fel Focuser same, BFA upgrade of above**.
Brawler's Bottomless Draenic Strength Potion. currently serves no purpose, but the free slot would be nice for when the Areana returns
Anti-Doom Broom what was this even for? lol
Blazing Sigil of Ordos currently a stack item, easily changable to a toy
