Worth to note that after you do these contracts you will often get a mission to upgrade the new outpost. It's a rare mission on a quite short timer. So you might not want to buy all the contracts and drop them all at the same time since that might become an issue of running the follow up missions on time.

This mission is a 3 follower rare elite mission starting at -25% completion chance. To counter the threats you need Combat Specialist and Operative. Once you use the item to grant the mission, you have 21 days to complete it.

After establishing the outpost, which involves traveling there and planting a banner, there was a follow up mission on my Mission Command Table for Dino Research. Once again this was a 3 follower rare elite mission starting at -25%, but this time I only had 8 hours to complete it. To counter the threats I needed Combat Specialist and Expert Technician. On completion it grants Potenziamento Avamposto.
