This glyph is taught by Vecchio Jen'tay after finishing dialog with him. Old Jen'tay can be found in Zuldazar sitting next to waterfall, coords 76.14, 39.84 close to Atal'Gral flight point.

This glyph is also taught by Grumpy Grimble after going through some dialog with him. He's a druid in bear form sitting up on a high rocky bridge type thing next to where Henry Hardwick is, coords 50,37 Fogcliff Strand in Tiragarde Sound.

Skill difficulty is 150 so no point is trying to learn this until you are maxed out. I tried the horde and alliances druid that you obtain this from and neither offer it to me yet.

Nearest flight path is Norwington Estate (due south of the first T in Estate on the map, on the shoreline). Or, if you have the water-walking mount, Barbthorn Ridge in Drustvar and head North East. He's on the rocks above, just north east of the treasure chest for the Mappa del Tesoro Bruciacchiata & the rare Spruzzatore delle Profondità.

He teaches you how to create the druid glyph Glifo - Volatile Umile. This makes your flight form appear as the old, slow-flight black and white raven (storm crow) form (for night elves). Application of the glyph is spec specific, so if you apply one only in feral form, for example, you still have Lunarwing Sentinel/Swift flight form in the other three specs. The glyph is exclusive with Glifo - Sentinella which grants you the appearance of an ordinary, black Gufo Sentinella.

Having this conversation with Grumpy Grimble (and I assume the Horde equivalent, too) as a druid still brings up the "Maybe? But I am not a druid." option, which is a bit disappointing.
