Quest reward from Dark Iron Dwarves, the last quest to unlock the Allied race.
And the hound does not fly just like Seabraid Stallion from the BfA collector's edition.

Looks quite awful when used by an actual dwarf. No effort has been made by Blizzard to make its run speed look natural on smaller races-- not that it looks completely normal even on larger ones like Night Elves.

If it looks like it's running on hyperspeed at 60% mount speed, I hate to think of what it will look like at 100%,
