As of the current beta build from 5/1/18 this mount is still crafted by Engineers only, is account wide, and is no longer soulbound, meaning that it can now be sold and traded via the auction house or the trade window.

This item is crafted by Engineers with Ingegneria di Kul Tiras/Ingegneria di Zandalar at level 150
Schema: Meca-Trucirazzi V2 is BOP and drops from Magnate Trucirazzi, the final boss in Vena Madre on Mythic difficulty only.
This mount can be used by any player, regardless of Engineering skill, and can be sold.
Apparently, having the third ring unlocked on your Engineering goggles allows you to loot Elisir Ispir-A-Genio d'Azerite, which allows you to increase your Engineering skill further.
An excessively high Engineering skill allows you to loot many of the materials required to craft the Mecha Mogul

Im not sure why the drop rates for each material is so low. Ive farmed Mythic MOTHERLOAD! 26 times at 150 engineering and 3 rings in goggles and ive received:
- x96
- x62
- x11

This seems rather pointless because the individual materials cant be used for anything else.

Hey! I know a lot of people having been asking how to get the mount, so I decided to write up a little handy guide for the people who want to work on getting this mount themselves. But beware! The grind is -steep-.

You need several Mythic Motherlode-exclusive materials to craft this mount. To start gathering them, you need 150 engineering skill. To get all of them, you need 250 Kul Tiran / Zandalari Engineering. This means you will need three tiers of Azerite Traits in your engineering goggles as well as a little potion covered below.

All but two items are gathered by 'skinning' the mechs in the dungeon. These two are the Barely Stable Azerite Reactor and the Mecha-Mogul MK1 Remove Activation Device.

The Barely Stable Azerite Reactor is the easiest part to get. You will need 150 skill in engineering and you can talk to Dr. Boom (Not -that- Dr. Boom) in the little engineering hut right in front of you as you enter the little roundabout before the first boss. If you have a high enough skill in engineering you can purchase it off him.

The Mecha-Mogul MK1 Remove Activation Device was the biggest question mark for the longest time. In order to get this you will need to not be saved to Mogul Razdunk and have engineering skill of 250! With the engineering goggles the max you can get is 225! So what is the secret juice? Well, it's an elixer.

Azerite-Inspir-A-Geneering-Elixir is an item that drops off the Venture Co. Masterminds in the dungeon, whom you can find right after the third boss in R&D. If you have 150 (base!) engineering, you can find this elixer on them. It will increase your engineering by 25 for 2 minutes and is unique! Use it wisely! Pop it right before the final boss dies and you will be able to loot the device!

Engineering (150): The first item you can get is the Azerite-Forged Protection Plating. These are the most common of them all (I had 107 by the time I crafted the mount.)

Engineering (150): The second item you want to get is the Crush - Resistant Stabilizer. These are slightly less common, but hardly hard to find. (I had 81 by the time I crafted the mount.)

Engineering (225): The most frustating item to find is the Blast-Fired Electric Servomotor. By the time I had 20 of these, I had over four times as many of the other materials. Contrary to earlier reports, you can get these off any mech in the dungeon and you do not need to use the Azerite-Inspir-A-Geneering-Elixir.

The farming took about 2 days. You cannot realistically do this in pug - most cannot be bothered to kill extra trash and you will only kill about 6 mechs during a normal run. If you want this mount, the best way is to form a farming group and kill the mechs before the first boss. The key is to let Mech Jockeys enter their mechs and kill those, then run out of the dungeon and reset. You will want to go around the left side to get as many mechs as possible.

Has anybody tested if the mats can be gotten from M+? Would be nice to have a way to maybe step around the weekly lock on some mats, plus we'll see less and less groups doing M0 as time goes by.

First if you dont have the recipe, I recommend running Motherload on M+2 or even higher its your call, this would be the best way for you to get it. And of course one run on M+0 each week. I got my recipe in M+ not in Normal Mythic.

Second, to get the materials needed you need to salvage the robots inside the instance. For this I recommend to have engineering 150 + Eng Goggles lvl 3 so you have 225 total skillin engineering. Also there is a potion that drops from mobs between 2nd boss and 3rd, which grants 25 skill in engineering. This potion is not needed to gather the materials, only to get the remote from last boss, I used the potion several times on first robots or the second ones with not so big success, its your call.

So farming the 3 materials is not that bad, the thing is that the Blast-Fired Electric Servomotor its really rare. There were runs without any Servomotor, some runs with 1 or even 4 of these, depdens on your luck.

On each run you can salvage 8 Mechanized Peacekeeper before 1st boss, then 4 Azerite Extractor between 1st boss and 2nd boss, and then after 3rd boss you have 6 Venture Co. War Machine, so that totals 18 robots you can salvage every run. By the time you have 20 Blast-Fired Electric Servomotor you will have between 60 to 80 Azerite Forged Protection Plating and Crush Resistant Stabilizer.

In my case I made the mount after 20 runs on M+0 Normal Mythic which means that I roughly got 1 Blast-Fired Electric Servomotor per run.

Hi,

we farmed this mount a few days ago and came up with a route that includes 11 mechanical enemies before and 4 after the first boss. It takes about 9 minutes, so your 20 runs should take about 3 hours.

Finally finished building a Mecha-Mogul-MK2 today.

Total number of runs : 24

Each run included 4 Pacificatore Meccanizzato, 1 Estrattore d'Azerite & 6 Macchina da Guerra della S.P.R. & Co. - when possible looting 4 War Machines with the potion buff but from my experience this did not increase the drop percentage of the Servomotors.
The Peacekeepers do drop Blast-Fired Electric Servomotors but at a really low rate.

Here is my comprehensive guide on how to farm this as of November, 2018:

You will need to farm the following items:
------------------------------------------------------------
- Platinum Ore x 50 (Mining or the AH)
- Storm Silver Ore x 100 (Mining or the AH)
- Expulsom x 20 (Scrapper)
- Azerite Forged Protection Plating x 20 (MOTHERLODE-Mythic, not M+, harvest defeated mechs)
- Crush Resistant Stabilizer x 20 (MOTHERLODE-Mythic, not M+, harvest defeated mechs)
- Blast-Fired Electric Servomotor (MOTHERLODE-Mythic, not M+, harvest defeated mechs, RARE)
- Barely Stable Azerite Reactor (Have high BFA engineering, purchase for 30,000g from Doctor Boom inside MOTHERLODE)
- Mecha-Mogul Mk1 Remote Activation Device (MOTHERLODE-Mythic, not M+, drops from Mogul Razdunk, must have max BFA engineering + wearing fully unlocked engineering goggles + using Azerite Inspir-A-Geneering Elixir at time of kill)
- Mecha-Mogul Mk2 Recipe (MOTHERLODE-Mythic, including M+, drops from Mogul Razdunk, must have BFA engineering any level)

Bonus Items Needed:

Basic Instructions:

- Train BFA engineering and level to max ASAP
- Build your Goggles and unlock all traits (boosts your BFA Eng level more when equipped)
- Run THE MOTHERLODE on Mythic (normal mythic, not +) while wearing goggles
- Pull, kill, loot and harvest the mechs to collect Plating, Stabilizers and Servomotors. It seems higher BFA Eng level yields higher drop rates.
- (High Eng Required) Buy the Barely Stable Azerite Reactor from Dr. Boom for 30,000g
- (High Eng Required) Kill Megaminds to loot Azerite Inispir-A-Geneering Elixir
- (High Eng Required) Use the elixir before Mogul Razdunk dies (can be during fight) and loot the Mk1 Activation Device.
- After you get the Mk1 Activation device, elixirs should be used on the hill before Mogul Razdunk to boost harvest rates on those mechs
- Kill Mogul Razdunk on any Mythic difficulty (Mythic, M+) and loot the recipe (any BFA Eng Level)
- Craft the mount
- Go outside and get some sun (optional)

Notes:
---------
- Farming the Servomotors will take the longest, as they seem to drop at about 25% the rate of the other two blue items.
- The recipe itself does NOT require high engineering level to obtain, and unlike most items may be obtained on any Mythic or Mythic+ difficulty.
- Always let the Mech Jockeys mount up, and request early on that your fellow dungeoneers do the same. If they are stunned or prevented from their first attempt to mount up, they may not try again, wasting a precious mech kill that run.
- Pull as many mechs as you can in a run, even if you have to pull an extra pack or two (Azerite Extractors come to mind). However, work with your group to make sure you're not pissing them off.
- I advise you create your own M0 runs and only invite non engineers to minimize competition. Some runs may only yield 1 or 2 blue mats even if you harvest all the mechs, so this is key.
- After you have obtained the Activation Remote using the Elixirs, they are best used on the hill before the final boss. If you are smart, you can harvest all 6 mechs on that hill with one elixir if you wait to harvest them till they're all dead.

Just wanted to post some drop rates on the different materials. The numbers can change when i kill more of the different mobs, but currently this is my result so far.

for the Mechanized Peacekeeper i killed 422 of them and managed to get.

20 servomotors = 4.74% drop chance.
51 stabilizer = 12.08% drop chance
74 plating = 17.53% drop chance

for the Venture Co. War Machine i killed 347 of them and managed to get.

39 servomotors = 11.24% drop chance.
107 stabilizer = 30.84% drop chance.
143 plating = 41.21% drop chance.

havent tested the middle mechanical mobs yet. just did a few pulls but since im solo farming it. that used to much time and i just decided to skip them.
im killing 12 peacekeepers every run. then i run to the war machines.
when possible i kill 5 warmachines (might not be possible cuz of a wq).
so im getting 1 servomotors every run (on average).

I have made few runs after season 2 started and did not get single drop of "Blast-Fired Electric Servomotor" nor "Crush Resistant Stabilizer" nor "Azerite Forged Protection Plating", with old 345 ilvl helm on, anything I missed?

Hello, looks like with introduction of 8.1.5, Four of the materials drop in the chest of Mythic+ runs with proper Engineering competence for each of them (that's my feeling about it).

On my third run, I drank the Azerie potion just before I looted the chest ( cause I forgot to do just before the boss died) and I looted the remote control. /*Must be tested again */

Gonna less problematic to farm these now :)

Edit : Drop are 1-2 of each, and it dont matter if you do a +2 or a +12, it's the same.

I just did a Normal Motherload and got 5 pieces of this from the last boss - nothing from the mobs up to him though.

While wearing goggles you get parts in NORMAL MOTHERLODE from last boss kill.
I just solo'd as a 409 il hunter, for good measure i killed all bosses.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and be the lone dissenter: In my opinion, this mount is a major let-down. Couldn't Blizzard have come up with something better than a recycled or revamped version of an already existing mount? Personally, I won't be grinding my time away to construct this hideous thing, not when I've already got one that looks very similar (and it only took three tries to get it).

edit: after you obtained schematic you can farm materials on normal difficulty by killing last boss.

I feel like this has been under reported in this comment section, but the best way BY FAR to farm the rare pieces, ESPECIALLY the servomotors, is to run on normal. You can pull the dungeon in three sections ( I have yet to find any by skinning corpses) and get to the last boss in about 5 minutes. The last boss drops 1-2 of each piece INCLUDING the Remote Activation Device EVERY TIME. I ran about 10-15 mythics and got 0-1 servomotors per run, and 2 from each normal run I did. DONT waste your time running mythics. After you get the recipe, do yourself a favor. Do your dog a favor. Do your kids a favor, and run normals.

If youre farming this in shadowlands:
In order to get the Activation Device from the last boss you have to have your engineering helmet equiped AND your Heart of Azeroth, otherwhise the helmet doesnt give you the extra +20 Engineering Skill and therefore your skill would be to low to loot the item.

Some handy tips for anyone farming this mount in Shadowlands -

Mythic is soloable! I was able to do it with ilevel 170 on my warrior pretty easily. Classes without decent self heals might struggle though since the trash can hit hard.

If you get your Kul Tiran engineering to 175, you won't need to farm for any potions in the instance and can just use your Goggles. Remember to have the Heart of Azerite equipped otherwise you won't get the engineering bonuses.

The final boss of the dungeon drops all the items on Normal! You don't have to clear anything before him, you can ride straight to him and just use an aggro drop/invis once you reach his platform (note: if you aggro Azerokk he will teleport you a couple times, but he'll stop eventually). He drops between 1-2 of each of the three salvage parts.

The Barely Stable Azerite Reactor is also purchasable on Normal.

I just went into the Motherload dungeon on Mythic while in Shadowlands 9.1.5. and I had the mount pattern drop for me as a Paladin who has level 1 BFA engineering. I also learned that you have to be 150 in BFA engineering in order to learn the pattern. I hope this helps clear things up a bit.

There's a lot of info in these comments, so I'll just post my own experience with it.

Max BFA engineering at 175, the shematics took FOREVER to drop (over 80 kills on Mythic). Was also getting one Azerite Plating for every kill on the last boss.

Once I got the schematics I looked into the other materials and was dismayed to see I'd need the "Ascended" goggles that take a LOT of extra mats, and a potion from masterminds that doesn't seem to drop much, plus "skinning" a zillion robots hoping for low drop rate mats..

So I didn't do any of that, because you don't really need some of the extra fluff if you're at 175 (most of the comments were when the cap was 150 before Nazjatar)...

I made the a pair of lesser BFA goggles that still give +20 engineering but require much less Expulsom and easier to find ores.. equipped those (you need to wear your Heart of Azeroth necklace to upgrade the goggles to give more bonus engineering skill, and maybe for the effect to count, so I wore it during my farming just in case), went to Motherlode on normal, and killed the last boss over and over.. was getting 1-2 of each material required every kill, plus a remote every kill (but it is unique so you gotta destroy / sell them).

So really the hard part is getting the schematics, once you have it you'll need to kill the final boss like 30 times on normal mode (over a few hours / days) and then you'll have everything (you can get the expulsom from the various blues you'll be getting as loot from the final or previous bosses).

Shadowlands 9.2.7 update: You'll only be able to farm normal, but do Mythic for better loot once a week. Don't bother skinning machines other than on Mythic. Wear Heart of Azeroth neck and azeroth engineering goggles with affixes activated for max loot. Beast master farming tactics - similar will apply to other specs; you can run on your mount to the first peacekeeper/group before Pummeler - the aggro circle is really small. Camouflage there, use nitro boosts, aspect of the cheetah and soulshape - neither breaks stealth. You'll be past Azerokk before camo fades.
The mastermind npcs can see through stealth, but you can simply ride past them. (Only Mythic ones ever dropped the +engineering potion for me anyways). Camo to breeze by to Mogul. Remember War machines see through stealth - but they still have small aggro circles. Or just nuke everything. You'll have the dps for it np. War machines never dropped or scavenged into anything interesting on normal. If you burn all cooldowns you'll get Mogul before he starts the drill-barrel routine. Remember there's a car behind Mogul which will take you to the entrance. Quick'n'easy. Oh - and just sit on your sales mount and sell the extra activation devices your mail will fill up with. They sell for 5g, so it's not a total waste of time.

1. Heart of Azeroth (mine was Level 55)
2. Engineering made Goggles (mine was AZ3-R1-T3 Gearspun Goggles, so +20 engineering)
3. SHIFT+RIGHT CLICK on engineering-made Goggles! (click and max out all rings - oh.. this ring.. - this will +25 +30 to engineering!)

so altogether +20 +25 +30 = +75 to 175 engineering, a grand total of 250

after many many readings from bits and pieces everywhere... you need to get the 250 to drop the final Remote and Servomotor.
