Doesn't seem to stack with Shimmerscale Diving Suit. My speed in the water remains at 135% with and without the ring. I also don't notice a visual difference.

According to the DejaCharacterStats addon, this item increased my swim speed from 67% to 78%.

Unique-equipped, so no you can't wear two of them and stack the effect.

This does not stack with the Canna da Pesca di Sottoluce. The Canna da Pesca di Sottoluce remains the best way to travel under water everywhere except Vashj'ir where the Cavalluccio Marino di Vashj'ir takes the cake.

I just tested the swim speed of the Night Elf swimming Aquatic Form and the Glompmaw's Ring definitely does zero increase to the swim speed.

hmm - where did the fish wear this ring? maybe it wasn't really a fish but some sort of druid in aquatic form?

Having tested this item in several zones on a warlock (with DejaCharacterStats)... It does not stack with the Respiro Eterno or Canna da Pesca di Sottoluce speed buffs and does not seem to work outside of BFA zones. If you're a warlock the speed boost from Respiro Eterno is better (and doesn't stack anyway), so don't be an idiot like me and hang onto it for half the expansion thinking it helps with underwater movement.
