Took me ages to figure out but this trinket is the reason why every now and then I hear a ding sound like an old fashioned cash register, was driving me nuts but when this procs it dings

Got this trinket last week and finaly got time to properly test it on my dh.
It proc spell called Barriera del Suono in damage metter that gives you proc with the same name Barriera del Suono (spell id=268532).

At item lvl 330 tooltip says it procs 2522 dmg absorb. It gave me proc worth of 2722 dmg, not sure if i got some versatility proc at the same time tbh.
In 60 sec sparring with tanking dummy got 2 procs of this, with a total absorb of 5993 damage. It doesnt sound good now does it? ;)

I got one item with 74 Leech on it. Leech healed me for about the same amount as this trinket durring 60 sec. Definetly not worth equipping.
