Got this trinket with an Item Level of 310 as a reward from completing the world quest Strisciacorpi Yal'kar in Nazmir.

Do not, like me, get the buff confused with Primal Instinct which is granted when you have the trinket Talismano d'Ossa di Dinosauro equipped.

The icons for the buffs are identical.

The ilvl 325 version has 1078 primary stat for 10 seconds which is absolutely enormous.
Unfortunately, zero control.

For warrior tanks, 45% of the proc translates to roughly 500 extra armour for 10 seconds.

proc's so rarely you better off using the pvp trinekt that gives 440 stat for 20 seconds

Rarely procs and has versatility. As a BM hunter the versatility is a low-priority stat and having an unreliable proc rate is borderline useless for large cooldown specs like BM hunters. You are better off going for a trinket with mastery, haste or crit even if the proc is less desirable.

i have the 355 version and it gives me an additional 34% haste on my paladin which is a massive dps boost

The ilevel 420 version gives 2615 of primary stat when it procs. It has 200 vers and pushes my versatility from 8% to 10%. Other people saying it hardly procs convinced me to use a 433 agi trinket with 733 crit prot instead. I'm vengeance dh. My other trinket is 433 agility and has a use to boost haste depending on % health missing. At full health that on use haste trinket pushed my haste from 13 to 25. Got gilded loa figurine off a shell game WQ by gloom hollow. I'm ilevel 423 so it scaled up to me.
