Drops from Strappamembra Primordiale in Nazmir Primal Wetlands .
After you loot this item you need to go to 34.00 75.07 and find Mysterious Trashpile in the north-west of Primal Wetlands .
Use Mysterious Trashpile and you will be ported to Jani's world, speak with jani, turn in the item and receive the reward treasure chest.
When you loot this item you hear: A Guttural Voice whispers: What is it you have there, richmon? A shiny trinket for ol' Jani? Bring it closer...

I looted this item and talked to Jani to turn it in. It glitched out and did not spawn the treasure chest for me. It did consume my snapjaw tail, however. I ran around killing more snapjaws with the hopes of another dropping. I did not have another drop but the next time I ran by the trash pile my treasure chest was there. I was able to loot it and received credit on the achievement.

Looted one of these tails earlier today. I turned it in to Jani when I found the trashpile, and he gave me my treasure chest, but the tail was not removed from my inventory. I tried multiple times to click on the trashpile again to see if I could get the treasure chest again, but to no avail.

I'm not able to do anything with this item. Checking on the achievement, it has not been turned in yet, as I do not have credit for it. However when I go to the location in Nazmir, 34, 75, I do not find a mysterious trashpile, I find "Jani's Trashpile" and when I click on it, it is now another Shredder, showing nine slots to destroy items. Has anyone else seen this? I don't know how to turn this item in now.

If you kill many and don't get a drop you might check your bank account to see if you looted it a long time ago. They're unique so once in your possession another will not drop again.
