Perla di Scagliavile looted from Naga NPC's at Krag'wa's Shore east side of Krag'wa's Burrow. The turn-in is behind some tree's at 80.9, 49.8 at Krag'wa's Shore.

Vilescale Pearl is part of the A Jani nude.
Drops from Guardiano Scagliavile or similar naga nearby mobs in Nazmir Krag'wa's Shore .
After you loot this item you need to go to 80.95 46.82 and find Mysterious Trashpile near north-west part of the naga area, near huge tree on the shore, above letter G of Krag'wa's Burrow title on the map.
Use Mysterious Trashpile and you will be ported to Jani world, speak with jani, turn in the item and receive the reward treasure chest.
When you loot this item you hear: A Guttural Voice whispers: What is it you have there, richmon? A shiny trinket for ol' Jani? Bring it closer...

Using wowhead's addon and map coords the junk pile to turn this is in is at 80.9, 46.8 as I'm standing right on top of it.

In case you picked it up, and didn't see it. The mini map will have a yellow dot on your map showing Mysterious Treasure.

I tried to turn it in on trashpile nearby expedition in Zandalar and she does not have a line for me to give her the pearl. Do I have to go to one in Dazar'alor? I completed the introduction questline.

Yeah, apparently, Jani doesn't favor us very highly.

Thankfully, this incarnation of Jani can be targeted and /bow'd to for the Bow to Your Masters achievement.

After picking up the Perla di Scagliavile, once you get close enough, a golden dot will appear on the mini-map, indicating where the trash pile is located.

80.9, 46.8 are the coordinates. Required for A Jani nude.

'Remember: you find something shiny, you bring it down to old Jani.'

Drop rate is HORRIBLE! been here in this zone for about 35 minutes killing Naga over and over and no pearl. Don't see the reason for the drop rate to be so bad for a non game breaking item.

Edit: Ok been there over and HOUR still no pearl. wtfh.

Does anyone know why the whole place is packed with Darkscale naga instead of Vilescale? Those do not drop the pearl. Looks like it is a phasing thing: when I go far away, I see Vilescale in the distance, but when I get closer, they disappear. Is it because of the world quest in the area?

EDIT: This does indeed seem to be affected by the world quest. Went there another day when the WQ wasn't up and the Vilescale were there as expected.

This item doesn't seem to drop from the Darkscale Naga, so if one of the "Naga Attack" WQs is up, you can't get this one.

I spent a good half hour farming for this with no luck. Then I finally checked my bank. And what-do-you-know, there it was, like magic.

Posted this as a gentle reminder to others to maybe save somebody some time.

Confirmed: as mentioned elsewhere the Vilescale Guardian naga will not be available if the overlaying Naga Invasion World Quest is up and running, even if you've completed the World Quest.

This is a problem with other World Quests and Blizz really needs to fix it.

Be warned that HandyNotes still displays this Jani spot on the map even if you have already done it! (Or it did for me anyway.)
I farmed for approx an hour to try and get the Vilescale Pearl before it occurred to me to actually check the achievement in my log.....

So for those of you who didn't happen to nab this achievement back in BFA like me...and are now struggling to get the pearl to drop....after 30min of farming and checking my bank, I pondered this possibility: what if the pearl dropped for me back in the day and I deleted it? So, I decided to check the gold pile...and sure enough I was able to loot it and get credit without having the pearl....
