The quest starts with a dropped Posta Perduta on the ground by a mailbox in Dalaran. Respawns approx every 2 hours.
This Posta Perduta is also BoE and a copy is mailed to you upon completion of the quest, so you can give it to a friend.

- First you'll deliver it to Madam Goya in the Underbelly Posta Perduta.
- From there you'll receive a mail from the Postmaster summoning you to the Dalaran Mailroom.
This room, accessible by the pet cemetery, is crammed with elementals, junk mail, even a Pepe overseer!

- You'll then sort 9 pieces of flying mail.
- That turns into Un pacco enorme: you will deliver 1362 Pietra Solida.
(this is a throwback to The Bank of Vernal in Utah, USA)
- In Consegna prioritaria, someone has forgotten to loot Redini di Invincibile and you must return it to them.
You will have to fight with ethereals trying to ninja-loot it.
- You'll then head to the Steam Pools in Feralas and find Johnny Meraviglia.
- He already has Invincible and demands you sell the duplicate to Gott Bladivite in Servire col sorriso.
- After returning, he then asks you to visit his SparklePony's grave in Una ricompensa dovuta.
- When you reach the grave, you learn that Twinkles' favorite toy was Testa di Mimiron.
- Yay for the minigame part of the questline: La posta non può fermarsi!:
You are asked to sort 15 letters correctly in a minute.
City and zone names will flash on the screen, and you must click on the proper mailbox for each continent.
Completing this finishes the main Postmaster questline and awards Pacchetto completo achievement!

- You now have access to the advanced minigame, where you must sort 30 incomplete letters in a minute.
Completing this rewards the Posta prioritaria achievement, the title, and Elementale della Posta battle pet.
Fischietto di Katy toy is also now in your mailbox as well!

Elementale della Posta teaches the Elementale della Posta Battle Pet.

The item that starts the quest chain to obtain this little elemental spawns by the mailbox ~~next the bottom of the steps to The Violet Citadel~~
*Update as of Jan 23rd, can spawn at different mailboxes around Dalaran. (Broken Shore) (Or can be bought off the AH.)

Has roughly a 2 1/2 - 3 hour spawn.

After receiving the item above, you do a few quests, then you can play a mini game that grants an achievement this little guy.

This quest line can be picked up and completed on Trial Characters, if you're on a busy realm with a lot of mailbox campers.

I believe this is the only magic type pet that has a Stampede ability. It could be very useful for completing Magical Mayhem.

Chain quest:

First of all you need to find Posta Perduta That can be find next to Mailbox in Dalaran ( of any of them ) I was flying from mailbox to mailbox and i found it - this way you startking quest chain for Postmaster :) ( see on My video how is look that letter.

Dalaran's Postman Questline, The Guide for the Mailemental Pet and Postmaster Title. This is my guide for patch 7.3.5 Dalaran's Mail Room. If your having trouble doing the last 30 in 60 seconds challenge there is a way which can help you.
Its not legit and your client may crash out if you click around while frozen but it can work.

1. Create a macro with the following code /run local t = time() + 10 while time() < t do end
2. Assign the macro to any action bar key
3. Talk to the postmaster and start the challenge
4. Press the macro the second the 1st location appears. This will freeze the entire game for 10 seconds. Do not click anything while the screen is frozen or you may force a crash or double click a location causing a wrong location and incur a time penalty. You can re-position the mouse while frozen so just hover over the correct location while you wait for the 10 seconds to be up.
5. When the game unfreezes and the little portals start to swirl again click the continent the post relates to as quickly as you can.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 as the locations appear until you have your 30, by this point if you have been efficient you should probably only have like 3-4 seconds to spare.

So if your really stuck, been banging your head for hours and cant get the clicks in time doing the challenge the normal way this may be a last ditched method of obtaining the title and pet.

Blizzard may have finally nerfed the Mail Sorting cheat.

The Game Delay macro mentioned in this forum topic works fine outside of the Sort minigames, freezing gameplay for the specified number of seconds. Using it within the minigame though just kicks me out, no matter at what point I run it. In fact running ANY macro, including a simple /Target one, shuts the Sort down instantly. This happens with both Sort games.

Wondering if anyone else still having any luck with it.
